I purchased baggit bag . When I opened it up, seen the chain colour was faded from the chain, when i went for exchange defective one with new fresh purse ( even ready to pay for fresh one), they refused to exchange it.
However after this experience i don't think i will ever buy a baggit bag again. I would rather buy another brand which gives me the comfort of a return policy irrespective of sale.

Since i will definitely not be using the bag i bought (Will have to think of somebody whom i can gift), i will have to buy another bag for my use, definitely not baggit. I am done with baggit.

We received our order yesterday. The product we received is not at all like the one shown on your website. The photo of the same is attached (2).

I want the order to be replaced with the actual product (as shown in your videos and photos), or the full amount of Rs. 1000/- must be refunded.
Received a different product

I had purchased baggit purse on 15th aug 2021. Which was promised to be exchanged if required. I purchased it from db mall gwalior vide RECEIPT NO.: P325002I21001306. Please make exchange available otherwise it is a straight case of false promise and customer fraud.

I had purchased a baggit bag for office use from the baggit outlet at lokhandwala market, andheri west.

When i went home everybody at my place was of the opinion that the bag was too big for my petite frame. So immediately on the following saturday, i went to the outlet to exchange the bag for a little smaller one, with all price tags intact and bill accompanying it.

However to my utter disappointment, the store manager refused to exchange the bag saying that since i had bought it in sale, it cant be exchanged. I am surprised since all brands do exchange products bought in sale so long as they are unused. I wonder, had i bought this bag from your outlet at shopper stop, would the same policy of no exchange during sale apply since i know for a fact that shoppers stop allows exchange even during sale (Since i do most of my shopping at shopper stop). I have also written my feedback at the diary at the store.

I have mostly used baggit bags for my office use since i find them sturdy, spacious and convenient. However after this experience i don't think i will ever buy a baggit bag again. I would rather buy another brand which gives me the comfort of a return policy irrespective of sale.

I will definitely share my experience with family and friends so they can be aware of this and then decide on the brand of bags to buy.

On 31st August I received a Surprised B'day Gift "Baggit Dark Brown Wallet from my German friend sent through Amazon. Invoice number : HR-DEL[protected] . I was very happy but my surprise vanished when I found A Titan Signet Card from it, firstly I thought it may be some promotional offer from company so checked with the Titan show room but they told m that this card belongs to someone named Swati. This clearly states that it is a resold product used by someone and not the fresh one. As it is a gift for me from my friend it has great value to me, but it seems that you are fooling us. Such will damage our trust on Amazon too. Mere advertising won't work. I hope a prompt action will be taken for the same.
