I ordered wardrobe organiser via order no 4019. The product received isn't as describe online and also the product is defected.
I want to return it but there seems no way out

My mother had placed an order on your website for the following product on 2nd October, 2021:

The product shown in the company video and photos is shown the photo (1) attached.

We received our order yesterday. The product we received is not at all like the one shown on your website. The photo of the same is attached (2).

I want the order to be replaced with the actual product (as shown in your videos and photos), or the full amount of Rs. 1000/- must be refunded.

I had ordered the subject items 8 months ago and till not received the same. I had requested for refund which was processed since last 5 months but till date i have not received the amount. There is a phone no[protected] mr. Rahul when called in this number they are giving different dates for repayment. I am tried of calling till now the same is not solved.

As per discussion one laptop is given with rs.9999.00 offer. You have given the products. But till now the laptop was not delivered. So kindly query and give the same. As the offer is included with the products they had sent the products only. The payment was made through pay u money. So kindly do the need for resolve it. Laxmidhar sahoo keonjhar_758001

I was telephoned by representative of bagitme number of times on 14/09/16 to avail the special rs 9999 offer which was a promotional activity for the company. Finally i agreed for 32 inches led tv. Rs 9999/- was deducted from my account on 16/9/16. Once again i was proposed to choose a second item on 17/9/16 and rs 5666/- (50%) was deducted on 17/9/16. It was a laptop with condition that rest 50% will be deducted after i receive it. I was told that i would get both the items within 15 days along with one set of free assured gift.
I got free assured gift within 7-10 days. Since then i did not get actual items. To make up the delay in delivery, bagitme sent me one small music system and geyser. Both are useless to me. I am ready to return both.
I talked to ranjit, rahul, anil kumar, arvind etc of bagitme and everybody bluffed me. It seems to be a fraud company.
Recently somebody from bagitme telephoned me (From ph no [protected]) to pay rs 3500/- for tax if i am interested to get led tv.
I did not want to lose more money to a fraud company.
Since i have paid money (I have message in my mobile), i should get both the items chosen by me.

I have placed an order for a laptop by paying the amount, as someone repeatedly called me regarding an offer on behalf of bagitme.com. I placed the order on 23rd sep 2016. It is conveyed to me the laptop is going to be delivered within 3 days. Every other week i been called informing delaying in shipping. The communication addresses the insurance and logo of the laptop is under process. And once the formalities been done, the laptop will be delivered. But the laptop after 120 days not yet received. I would like to take a legal action.
