I have bought Baby 360° Anti Spill Bowl[protected] It has showed advertisement baby food does not fall down but this product all food fall down. Totally waste my cost 600 rs.

I had paid an amount of rs 5849.00 on 14 jun 2017, rs 6499.00 on 20 jun 2017 and rs 4000.00 in the month of oct 2017 for which i am assuring by your rep mr. Kabir sharma who has maid me call from phone no.[protected] and now another rep whose phone number is [protected] named mr rahul. Still i am waiting for response from your side. Hence, you are requested to consider about my above mentioned lines otherwise i shall be free to proceed with higher legal court.

Hi all,
Bagitquick has called me and gave an offer for a dslr camera with a combo offer for rs.9, 000. Mr. Karan of bagitquick said that the amount can be paid in 2 installments of rs.4, 500 each through net banking. After paying the first installment, the items will be sent. After 2nd installment is paid, the bill will be sent. When i asked them, why bagitquick is giving the products at so less price, they said that bagitquick wants to spend the marketing amount as discount in the product and also they are taking some loss due to startup for promotion.
They will also tell you that there will be a couple of reviews by some xyz in the internet but these people instead of telling us their issues, they posted in the internet. We approached them and solved their issues. I am not sure if the bagitquick guys have posted these reviews and added a resolution by themselves as well that it is solved.
All this seems to be a fraud. Please do not get into this friends.

Mr kabir, rahul approached me for offer 9999/- for electronic products i paid money in advance since the last 2 months these people complained delivery is hold with st team. They don't guv proper response, no escalation point. No proper managers. This appears to be not a proper registered company. Am waiting for few more days before i take another level of escalation.

Dear sir,
Mr. Rahul & kabir approached me from bagitquick gave an offer for electronic items (Mobile & led) on 27th may’17 which is combo offer for rs.18999. They told that they are giving this promotional offer for the advertisement of the company and there is an additional discount if i pay by neft. I transferred an amount of rs.17099 after discount. After two days, requested for shipment reference, they indicated that items sent by open courier and reference is not there.
Not received the booked items even after 15 day. When enquired, they started telling items sent were seized by sales tax allahabad and we need to pay rs.5000/- which is refundable after delivery of items. After bit discussion, on 03/07/17, i transferred this amount and requested for the delivery of the items quickly.
After a week, rahul & karan came with new story that material were cleared from sales tax but wrongly gone assam, which they are taking back and send it to me, which will take another 15 days. Then, i raised a request for refund of amount. Rahul confirmed that refund has processed and money will be transferred in 7 working days by end july.
As on date, i have not received the refund of rs.22099/- (Rs.17099 + rs.5000). I had many discussion with different person in bagitquick (Kabir, rahul, abhinav, karan etc.,). Every time they are telling refund is processed and money will be transferred in 10 days which is their final commitment. Almost, 6 final commitments over and i am not getting the money.
Looks like bagitquick is playing with customers money, they are not delivering the items nor refunding the amount. I have all mail transactions with bagitquick and recorded all telecons which can be produced as and when required. Kindly register a care on bagitquick and extend your help in getting the refund of rs.22099/- (Rs.17099 + rs.5000).

Bagitquick has called me and gave an offer for a laptop with a combo offer for Rs.9, 000. Mr.Karan of Bagitquick said that the amount can be paid in 2 installments of Rs.4, 500 each through net banking. After paying the first installment, the items will be sent. After 2nd installment is paid, the bill will be sent. When I asked them, why Bagitquick is giving the products at so less price, they said that Bagitquick wants to spend the marketing amount as discount in the product and also they are taking some loss due to startup for promotion.
I have paid the 1st Installment of Rs.4, 500 through Net Banking and informed Mr.Karan via their reply e-mail. They sent a mail stating that your items are shipped and the order no. is bqm[protected]. When I ask for the shipping details, they say that the shipment is an open delivery and no tracking details will be there. I was suspecting that I have been cheated but I was being called up and being given more attention stating if I have checked my mails, products have been shipped, etc. I was feeling like these guys are doing more than required. The products are of no idea whether they are shipped because they are not giving the shipment tracking details.
After 3-4 days (11-Aug-2017), another person Mr.Rahul calls up and says the Sales Tax persons have seized your product because there is no bill. Now you have to pay the remaining Rs.4, 500 and then only the products can be released from Sales Tax person.
"NOW I UNDERSTOOD" why Bagitquick is pampering me about the shipment that they say they sent. It is just to say after 3-4 days that the shipment is caught by Sales Tax and I have to pay the remaining amount to get it released from Sales tax.
When I request for my products as per the mail they sent, Mr.Karan said that I cannot get anything until I pay the 2nd Installment. This might be a trick to pull Rs.4, 500 more from me and finally give me “Babaji Ka Tullu” (nothing).
As I have already paid Rs.4, 500 I am stuck. I will not get my paid money back. If I pay, I might lose the second payment as well.

We are going to promote our site for on line shopping. We will provide you the led television sony 40" in rs. 11699/-. After number of times he urge to me to pay the amount on line. He has also promise me to pay the half amount and the half will be paid on receipt the led tv. On good faith i had paid an amount of rs. 5849/- on 14 jun 2017. We had make payment through credit card of punjab national bank on 14 jun and 20 th jun 2017. On enquary of same items at number of times he has given assured me to send it soon but still we are in waiting for the same. My order number is bqm o2151115 for which i had got confirmation. It indicate that mr. Kabeer sharma who's telephone number is [protected] is cheating to the people. Hence you are requested to direct the individual to return the amount with interested otherwise we will take this matter to leagle.

Please Take this matter to leagle because they are cheating with many people . I am also there with you after taking this matter to legale claim for 100000 to 300000 lack then they will know. And tell consumer court to punish company and Mr. kabeer Sharma / Rahul & Who had call you

I have received one phone call from bagitquik.com on dated 25th may 2017, behind the call mr kabir / rahul from telephone nos [protected], talk to me regarding offer of combo kit from bagitquik.com. At the amount of rs 10000/-. With assuring delivery within 3 days after the amount transaction, so i accepted the same and deposit total amount of combo pack on dated 25/05/2017, & 26/5/2017. And i have received order nos bqm[protected]. From that day i try to call but they only give excuses and they are not responding. Hence i seems it is a forgery case. So kindly register the case at the earliest.On Date:-04.07.17 as per discussion with company he said me to take a complaint back then amount will be refunded next 7 working days.so in Consumer Complaints I done my Complaint marked as Resolved after that Consumer Complainte said me to put some remark how you taking your complaint back so. I put that remark which company send me in email then from bagitquick.com Mr. kabir call me and said why you have put this remark kabir told me that you have to write that I have no problem with company I have get my refund back but I told him that how can write this I have not get my refund back so he arguing with me So kindly request you that again register the case at the earliest.and in email conformation he have given me in writen if you did'nt get the product which you have ordered you can claim for 100000/- rupees also so plz take some action

But how it's possible because the same deal i was offered and i got all the products with my 'apple i phone 6' as per their commitment even after that i have ordered for two columbus shoes . I do not have any problem with company .

No, I paid them my first istallment of Rs/4, 500 and they said they sent the products. After 4 days they say that they are stuck in the Sales tax and I have to pay the remaining amount of Rs.4, 500, then only I can get the products. Bagitquick is not providing any docket no.
Today they call me and humiliating me with abusive words to pay the money. They say words like "Bikari", etc...
These guys are fraud friends...

I have received one phone call from bagitquik.com on dated 18th July 2017, from Mr. Karan from telephone nos [protected], talk to me regarding offer of combo kit from bagitquik.com at the amount of Rs. 9000/- for a Sony Bravio 32" LED TV. With assuring delivery within 3 days after the amount transaction and also informed that you will be having the facility to pay the payment 2 installment. so i accepted the same and deposit amount of Rs.4500 of combo pack on dated 19/07/2017. Next day again I received a call from Karan and informed me that if you pay more 8000/- you will get a laptop too. Then I deposited the amount 4000/- for laptop too. Just after 2 days I received a call that your goods is with held with sales tax department and to release the same I have to pay the remaining amount which is 8500/-. For the same I deposited the same. But till date i am getting excuse3s. When I asked for refund my amount they said after one week that your product will be dispatched and for the same you need to pay Rs, .4000/- which will be refunded. After that they are just giving the excuses and till date no any product I received.
These peoples are well trained to cheat peoples. Hence i seems it is a forgery case. So kindly register the case at the earliest.

The products are of no idea whether they are shipped because they are not giving the shipment tracking details.
After 3-4 days (11-Aug-2017), another person Mr.Rahul calls up and says the Sales Tax persons have seized your product because there is no bill. Now you have to pay the remaining Rs.4, 500 and then only the products can be released from Sales Tax person.
"NOW I UNDERSTOOD" why Bagitquick is pampering me about the shipment that they say they sent. It is just to say after 3-4 days that the shipment is caught by Sales Tax and I have to pay the remaining amount to get it released from Sales tax.
When I request for my products as per the mail they sent, Mr.Karan said that I cannot get anything until I pay the 2nd Installment. This might be a trick to pull Rs.4, 500 more from me and finally give me “Babaji Ka Tullu” (nothing).
As I have already paid Rs.4, 500 I am stuck. I will not get my paid money back. If I pay, I might lose the second payment as well.
They will also tell you that there will be a couple of reviews by some XYZ in the Internet but these people instead of telling us their issues, they posted in the Internet. We approached them and solved their issues. I am not sure if the Bagitquick guys have posted these reviews and added a resolution by themselves as well that it is solved.
All this seems to be a fraud. Please do not get into this friends.
