Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital For Children Complaints & Reviews

I had mailed to Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children for query raised by Star Health and Allied Insurance company in my reimbursement claim they require a few more documents and I mailed them 3-4 times but still didn't get any response.
Just want to know if my claim gets rejected due to delay in query resolved than who will be pay the the claim amount?

Want to complaint against Dr forum Shah pediatrician. she call for consultant om 11 November 2021 at 2.30 we come at 3.03 pm because of traffic we get late for 1/2 hour only, We request her please take just its my follow-up first time only & its a 7 day baby only she said no come on next week Monday, if any thing goes wrongs with my baby till Monday .We will complaint against her & u can see in site for personal consultant pediatrician her clinic is open or any time time

My daughter viviana was admitted (7month old) in wadia hospital in ward 12 on date 17th january 2020. She was diagnosed with uti dr started antibiotics iv treatment whenever i called nurses to removed iv after finishing the doses. Nurses replies me kaha kaha pe javu with an anger. Even the doses was given proper timing. Dr also wrote cetrizin syrup to my daughter. It was mentioned on nurses chat given at 7am and 7pm but they were not given the doses also. Worst nurses staff i have ever seen of ward 12. I raised complaint to matron but she has not took any action. Dr of ward 12 are good but the nurses staff was horrible. After few days my daughter shifted to ward 11 the service provided was nurses staff was well. Ward 11 nursing staff is well disciplined very punctual very dedicated to service caring and they know how to do their work no need reminder to remove iv. I request you to kindly take action on ward 12 nursing staff. Atleast remind them they are handling babies which require so much care and love.

Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children, Which is one of the Government hospital in Mumbai for Pregnancy and children diseases, that why lot of poor patient came for treatment but there staff like office staff and nurses I.e. not co-operate with people. Pregnancy women frustrated with staff, always lady nurse misbehavior poor patient
So please read completed and take the best action on that arrogant staff (Specially Lady Nurse)
