I ordered mahabringraj oil from baidyanath but received different product, different packaging from mentioned packaging in website. Now they are not receiving call, no response to email, even i raised refund 3 days ago.

I was regular honey consumer of Bidyanath. Since i had faith in Baidyanath, recently i had purchased 3 bottles of honey (half kg each) Batch No. 20. When i opened first bottle i found it was not the regular taste, i had more of chemical & very artifical taste, when i tried to return same to authorized baidyanath shop, person across counter said, he cannot take back the opened bottle.
Previously i had purchased 3 bottles of batch no. 9. I asked shopkeepr to give me the same batch no. bottles, but he refused to do that & refused to take the adultered or bad bottle back.
I wanted to know, is this is the policy of company, can i get my money back or how can I get the honey replaced? (or have I got to go to consumer forum for this matter)
