Bajarang Creation Complaints & Reviews

They shown Republic day offers in Instagram and I booked shoe for Rs 279. It was redirected to Flipkart page and then entering address, I made the payment through phonepe. Amount was deducted but the order was not confirmed and no messages thereafter.

Raised the compliant in phonepe but unable to contact Bajarang Creation.

Plz suggest me the steps in refunding the paid amount.

Product ordered on 16.09.2021 is not delivered (badam 1 Kg) and pais Rs. 299.

I made an online transaction with M/s, Bajarang Creation, for supplying Dry fruits(Akhrot) on 13th September, 2021. the payment was made through you, which was confirmed by you through a sms sent to me by you, dt.[protected], at 23.43 P.M. vide Transaction No. [protected], for Rs. 299/- done for Bajarang Creation. As the item as mentioned above was not send to me by M/s, Bajarang Creation till now and more over they did not send me any communication...
