Hi,

The place is Electronic City Elevated Toll.

I was denied to entry into the lane of Two wheeler by the Security because he told that lane is for Pass Holders.

Then I moved in the normal lane where I had only Atm card to pay the amount. But I was denied that only Online payment is accepted and they told card payment is not available.

I had made the complete video of where I was rejected with the payment mode. Then one of the employee took me to the car lane took his payment machine and then I paid the amount through my card.

Later I was denied to give ticket and I was threatened to delete video. I didn't do that because it is my right to record video. I was denied with the ticket because they are mentioning I'm not allowed to take video. As per law I can record my situation in public place. They also threatened me to call police if I don't delete video.

I left the place because they were intimidating me. I was rejected with the ticket.

I'm attaching the video for reference.

This will be taken seriously as per law for denying my rights and this will be reported consumer court.

    Dear bangalore elevated tollway (P) ltd

    Are you running in loss that your charging double money to the commuters???
    Or are your toll booth employees are making extra money by charging double?? Or are they very much new to the concept of paytm??
    I hope you know that there is a section called "recent scan" option in paytm where you can save time by not scanning again using phone and just click on it do the transaction again.
    I am a frequent commuter of your toll booth, and everytime since past 1 month i am paying through paytm by using 'saved recent scan' option from my phone.
    But today 31.05.2018, i was charged double as your toll booth employee was not sure about my transaction through paytm.
    I want to know if i will get my money back or not?? Or i should book a consumer complaint???

      Hello, my name is raja Sekhar Reddy, on 5feb 2018 I have entered on the elevated flyover which has toll plaza we need to pay for two Wheelers also, they have provided payment mode through paytm also, so I frequently I use to pay through paytm... In paytm we have an option of "recent scan"so I paid through that... But they are not accepting that payment and asking me to pay again through scan barcode, I refuse to pay again and I asked explanation for the payment.. They said that the payment will go directly to" betpl", but even after I have scanned barcode and paid amount at that time also I got same on display "betpl payment done", which I got same before also. But they forced me to pay again... And they didn't displayed any notice also regarding recent scan code is not valuable, and I want to know where money as gone, my mobile number
