fraudulent websites took my money away

This fraud is abetted by payment gateway like ccavenue.
The impunity with which they do this is shocking.
The websites have no phone numbers or phone numbers which are not functional or which nobody answers
Emails go unanswered.
Such websites are shut down and guilty are taught a lesson
My order id is bfs - [protected].
Please help me get my refund....

I had ordered online on 14th Feb 2014 for a gift to be delivered in Bangalore on same day which was available at the site to which the company has failed to do so and no response for any communication .
The amount Rs890 has been deducted from my account .
