to the customers.

I had one of the most horrible experience of online shopping, I had ordered a women's perfume and instead of that mens perfume was delivered. I called up the customer care and very rude lady picked up, She told me i"f you are interested you shop with us or else take back your money, I am not your servant, I can't deliver as and when you like". i have ordered a cake on 27/4/11
for a person in bangalore
the initial cost of cake is 725/
but after paying it online a sum of 1450 has been deducted and moreover the order has not been placed
i have recieved an email that the order has been placed when i call the hotline number of the company they listened to my complaint once and they are not liftin call for second time this is insane...
