I can't track my order with the tracking number given to me by banggood and so far I have not received any updates from Banggood about shipping status.

        I have bought the ulefone 5s power with 13000 mah from banggood. When selling they told me i have a warranty 1 year and i received a phone with a broken volume button. The reparation at the local repair shop will cost me 110 euros. This is the email that i have received from banggood as a response to that:

        Dear (...),

        Thank you for your email and order 64280513.

        We truly understand how frustrated you are and feel terribly sorry for all the inconvenience caused.

        In this case we would kindly invite you to bring the product to the local repair shopto check if it can be repaired. After your phone have been repaired in the local repair shop, please offer the receipt to us, and then we will refund repair cost for you only if the repair cost is less than eur 30.

        Please note that after your phone is disassembled and repaired in your side, the phone would not enjoy warranty any more.

          We purchased cooler on banggood which is 15000 + inr send us a damaged product which is completely worth less. Later gave them all the proofs but no proper response and asking to send the product back but not taking about the refund. Sent emails multiple time but they are simply saying to send the product by spending the money but not giving answer about the refund this discussion was going on since 10-15 days. Stupid thing is they won't be on there words as mentioned while doing the shopping. I suggest every one not to purchse online on banggood. And one more thing they will rate 5 start rating before we rate them if we do a rating 1 also automatically it take 5 rating. Their are so many issues on banggood. If i keep saying means they will be somany issue.

                Live chat is useless and they blatantly ignore any e-mails regarding refund or delivery.

                    Hi all, i have ordered blitzwolf headphone worth Rs.1, 170 on 24\09\2018, thank god i have revived the product on 19\11\2018 after a long time . but its fine because the product delivery from china . but the issue is after the delivery i have open the box and inside the box i cant see headphone, i got a lengthy paper roll inside my product box . i wondered . what the hell is happened . guys do not buy any product from banggod because they are cheating customers or they are making fool . i have all evidence and here iam attaching photos what i revived from banggod

How many times i have send my bank statement that the amount has been debited, 2 days have passed, Not a mail, call nor chat has cleared my complaint.

I have requested for refund and they said that within 5 to 7 business days your refund request will be approved and will get a confirmation email but it's almost 9 days now and didn't got any reply from banggood. Contacted them thrice but still not got the refund.

                            Ordered from honkong cn warehouse. On 24th may 2018
                            Destination is mumbai, india.

                            I had purchased a 3d printer as a birthday gift for my partner one month ago.
                            Shipping time showed: india direct mail 8 - 16 business days
                            It's been 1 month now. I haven't received the item.

                            I have talked to customer support they now say: banggood are guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 60 days, every time i have a chat they say wait for a few days.

                            Courier company says: item probably not even shipped. They have not received any package from china.

                            I have purchased because it was written: "india direct mail 8 - 16 business days"
                            I need an immediate solution for the same. I don't really like to wait 60 days to hear a failure of delivery.

                              I bought a jd11 drone from bang good.com on 28th january, 2018. The
                              Approximate delivery date was 13th march 2018. My tracking no. Is : rh[protected]tr
                              And primary order no. Is 43471180
                              But, today the date is 19th march, 2018.
                              I didn't receive my product till now.
                              And kolkata customs wanted some certificates from me like noc from dgca, local administration etc.
                              It was unknown to me that importing drone is banned in india, so i order it and came to know about the rules after receiving the letter.
                              I want either my money back or my drone.
                              What should i do now?
                              Can you help me please?

                                I ordered leagoo s8, mobile on 11th jan 2018, the expected time is within 15-20 days but i waited for 2 months, but i haven't received the mobile yet, i contacted to the banggood.com they told the expected days 10-20 days, whenever i tried to reach them they used to repeat the same, kindly suggest us to get refund from them.

                                    But till now have not received anything
                                    Have complaint several times on there customer care but no positive response... Its been more then 45 days my money is wasted n no response from this company
