Yours is the worst banking website i've ever come across in my travels and stay in 3 continents and having worked with 7 banks and 30 credit cards over 15 years!
I have to get to the bank each visit from abroad, spending 3-5 days, sometimes 2 weeks (!!) to sort matters of passwords...

Sir, we are not able to log in to our bank through net banking, as we are logging in the massage flash application setup error and contact to branch administrator.
