I am having joint account with BOI.
I am trying to open online FD.
After completing procedure and submitting it, massage / error is received as under:-
Starconnectcbs.bankofindia.com says
[4110] FDO : Transection not allowed. FD opening request unsuccessful.
Number of attempts failed....

Yours is the worst banking website i've ever come across in my travels and stay in 3 continents and having worked with 7 banks and 30 credit cards over 15 years!
I have to get to the bank each visit from abroad, spending 3-5 days, sometimes 2 weeks (!!) to sort matters of passwords...
Finally this year, reached neft stage to send an neft to friend. Added new beneficiary.
When trying to make payment, system says 'you have no payees added'!!!
So, i need to go to the bank and sit with yr employee again!! F'ing ridiculous1
Which stupid # did you employ and which inexperienced company has done your startoken website and internet banking??? Every step of the way is a nuisane...
System shows screen with 'ok' button, but you're not supposed to click on it or you have to log back in again...
You need to restart the whole browser, each time you time out or make an error in clicking.
We are the best security, the lady at the bank branch tell me... Its the kind of security that makes you safe inside the house, but doesn't allow you to get our of your own home!!!
Was ever a user experience done before the roll-out of your highly inefficient, un-user-friendly system done???
Are any of your senior branch managers cared/ bothered about this situation? After multiple complaints over 8 years, it is almost exactly the same situation.

Sir, we are not able to log in to our bank through net banking, as we are logging in the massage flash application setup error and contact to branch administrator. Please solve the problem on urgent basis. As we have several transactions pending and Old client of your Bank please solve our issue immediately. Waiting for reply from your group.
