Bantia furnitures, Madhapur branch are some real frauds. Their customer service is way too worse and they behave with the customers in a very arrogant manner. We bought a 6x6 Teak wood bed in Madhapur branch of Bantia furniture. Few days after the purchase, the bed started showing cracks from all ends. We raised a complaint about the same when we were informed that they will look into it but they did not mention any specific time or duration by when they can rectify the issue. Months after over continuous followup we went to the branch directly and were shocked at the way they behaved towards us. They treat the customers as if we own them money. Moreover, the staff in the branch was very arrogant. One lady by name Padma claims that she is the Manager of the branch. But some other staff who actually showed us the bed said there is no Manager in the branch. They refused to give us any clear idea of what can be the solution. They kept us waiting for months. This is 8th month and still we did not get a replacement of the bed and when we visited the store again they showed us a display piece and mentioned that they would exchange our bed with that display piece. When we saw the display piece bed, it also had cracks. When we refused to take the display piece bed they told that we have to wait more. The manager by name Padma told us to wait more 20 days. When we insisted that we will take another bed of same cost, they told it is not possible and that we cannot do anything else other than waiting. When we asked what if the bed which comes after 20 days is also a defect piece, we were shocked to know the answer of the Manager Padma who said that the same procedure will again repeat and nothing else can be done. This is ridiculous. Bantia furnitures is degrading day by day by such defective pieces and such foolish staff they have. Our bed costed around INR 78, 000 and we are waiting since last 8 months for replacement. We are yet to receive a solution, replacement or a refund.

We recently bought L-shape corner sofa and 3+2 seater leatherette sofa from Bantia furnitures which costed 1.5 Lacs approx.. (can produce bills as evidence) with an impression of acquiring a genuine product.

However, we found that in short 3 months of time both the sofas are getting declined from the opposite sides and looking unequal which is really giving an uncomfortable seating on those sides...

we tried to reach Bantia furniture multiple times but we are not getting proper response or customer service . Despite of raising multiple complaints our requests are getting ignored bluntly with fake promises or commitments

Hence i request a severe action against the company.

Pathetic support from kompally bantia. Have raised a complaint for servicing of sofa... From past 3 months there is no tecnician available. No proper response and no follow ups. Regret that why did I shop from bantia. Irresponsible people and useless response. It would be really greatful if someone can take it issue seriously.

I bought recliner sofa set from as rao nagar paying 70k and exchanging my sofa. Within a week from the day of purchase both recliners not working.. After continuous and huge and harsh and raising in social media also they didnt responded till now. Its been two years and still not responding.
Their own technician says it's a manufacturing defect and asking me to pay another 12k to repair it and no warranty or guarantee assured.. He himself laughing at me for purchasing from bantia... Dont get headache or try to get in touch with secunderabad head office. So harsh and rude staff there.. Finally i decided to throw the entire set at their showroom and going to buy new sofa from their opposite showroom.. Still sad to see the staff is happy and laughing at me. I never had this kind of worst staff behaviour and i was never cheated like this..

I even written here many times on this complaint and all platformsof social media. Till date not received a single call from them and am sure now also i dont get any response.

Now it's like a risk to followup with their head office because of staff there.

I am sorry to say about that worst services served by “Bantia Furniture”.
Last 14th July, 2019 at evening time me and my family booked a Q.S-7-(1.8) hydrolic cort in secunderbad (Bowen Polly, Paradise) store in Bantia Furniture. This cort will take by EMI facility. The finance guy explain me the EMI facility plain and program and at the time of purchase I don’t carry my id proof. That’s why he says tomorrow i.e. Monday we will meet at any place and he takes my Id proof. On that time I completely agreed. On next day(Monday) morning when I call the finance boy(Boy Name is- Rizwan) he says today it’s not possible to meet me that’s why he meet me on next day( Tuesday) and take my Id proof as well. At that time I also agreed with that because Monday I have more office works.
Below is my problem started:-
1. 1st problem Tuesday morning (16th July, 2019) Rizwan called me and he say give me your local address proof because I have my hometown id proof. I say I have a gas bill in my local address. Rizwan says Gas bill, Electric bill and Rent agreement not accepted for local address proof. That is Ok. But, here is my question at the time of purchase a product he never says needs local address proof. Rizwan says he look out the matter once he reach in office. Same day afternoon time again Rizwan call me and show the different plain in “Tata Float finance company” plain. But, EMI plain is too high that’s why I totally disagreed and I say I didn’t need the product and return my money. At that time he show the “Capital Float Finance Company” plain but, it’s a very comfortable and I agreed the plain. Rizwan says Wednesday (17th July, 2019) please come at our secunderabad store and he needs a signature. I agreed on that and the next day I go to the secunderabad branch. Rizwan says by whats app voice message once signature done I will get my product on Thursday i.e. (18th July, 2019).

2. 2nd problem is Thursday morning I called your store your Sales Executive (Assaf) says today evening I will got received my product. ETA is 6:00 PM (IST). But, timeline failure because till now my finance has been not approved yet. Finance person name is –Balaji. Next day i.e. Friday evening I will get my product.

3. 3rd problem as per your commitment after delivery the product technician came within 48 hrs for fitting purposes. But, technician came in today’s morning ( 22nd July, 2019) that means completely your timeline failure. Tell me the reason???

4. 4th problem when technician open the product you send a complete wrong structure in my product. My bed size is 6/6 but you sent 5/6 bed structure. Tell me why?????????

5. 5th Problem Whenever I called your store and talk to our sales executive boy (Assaf) neither he well trained nor he provide the correct & complete information by the customer. Tell me why???????

Still now in today’s date my problems not solved yet.
In today’s date (23rd July, 2019) sales executive name Assaf still now he give me a again wrong and wrong information.
So, my requests to you please re-solve my issue and give me a proper explanation ASAP.

Hi this is swapna, I have purchased 4 seater dining table on 21st may 19 through bantia furniture website still not yet received the product, when I called them they are not responding properly..everyday iam calling them and they say that you will receive it today but till now not received it.not providing the correct information when i will be receiving my product and the delivery time which is mention on their website has completed.such a bad customer service I have ever seen.please take the action on this company so that many customers won't suffer from these kind of companies.

I have made a purchase if london l type sofa 7 seater from bantia furniture attaput branch for a price of 27k on 10th feb 2019 and the product was delivered on 19th of feb 2019. I have raised concerns about the product as soon as i recieved the product. They said it will be fixed itself within a week as it is a new product. Bur after a week or so things for coming out of the cushions and the foam was coming apart on the sofa, i called the store and raised a complaint for the same and they told they will send a technician in 2 days. It been more than a month and half that i have been following with them and even spoke to the store manager suresh who is really an arrogant man, he said we cannot fix things when you want, the technician will call you before coming. When asked when would he come, he was like don’t know or he will come in 2 to 3 days. I have been following up with them since than and no one has come to repair it. When buying the product they said it comes with a warranty. When asked for refund they said they won’t do refund and it does not work that way.

I had ordered a magazine rack sofa set on 12/2/2019 and i was promised delivery within a week. The delivery did not happen for 10 days, there was no call from bantia regarding the delay and when i called back on 21st of feb, i was told that it will take another two days for delivery. I waited for two days and called back, when i was given a lecture by one of the managers, that bantia works with very good quality wood and this quality will take another two days. I waited again as i thought i did not know anything about wood quality and only bantia can teach me about that, i called back on 27th and this time another manager put me on hold and after 5 minutes told me that it will take another two days and this would be final as he would himself follow it up. Today if 3rd march and i have no sofa, when called, i was told a new story that as i had asked for a change in fabric, it would take another two days. I tried calling bantia office at sikh village, the number is 27841562, the lady there told me that it is only people at boduppal who can solve the problem and so i shud call them only. I asked her whether it doesnt matter if a franchisee creates a bad reputation for them and she still insisted that i should talk to mr santosh at bantia, boduppal. His number is [protected]. This person said, he will talk to the guy in the factory and put me in a conference call. I am still waiting for the call, since 1130 am.
The bantia furniture shop, i believe has the best of courtesies. I request all the people who see this, not to venture into buying anything from them as the management and staff are least bothered.

I had purchased a sofa set from jubilee hills branch in july 2018. I was told there is a warranty upto 5 years on wooden furniture.in less than 4-5 months i observed cracking of furniture. I reported this to the center and all i got to hear was that some madam will send a technician for inspection. This has been happening for more than 3 weeks. I have call recordings, mail interactions and pictures. They dont even give...

I had placed and paid for my order on 7th and i still haven't received any confirmation on when the order will be delivered. The website will promise 10 day delivery, but it's 21 days and counting and i haven't heard back from them about the confirmed delivery date. Even with repeated calls, they still haven't been able to provide any details about my order delivery. They hang up the phone with a response that they'll call back in an hour and that call is never returned. When you call back, it is the same story again.

I need to know the confirmed delivery dates for my orders placed with them, but so far haven't been able to get that.

Bantia has sold me a set of products under an offer.. And almost all the products got damaged completely in an year of purchase.. One in 2 months and other in 6 months and other in 1 year.. Bantia is refusing to help. I have paid 70k to bantia and bantia has cheated me and sold fake and damaged products to me..

Bantia kompalli staff have been so irresponsible and unhelpful. Have tried to contact bantia multiple but no response from bantia staff.

Urgent action required

I have purchased recliner sofa set from attapur showroom on 25/02/2018 under invoice no. 7889 for irs 45, 000/- (3+1r+1r) and delivered to me on 04/03/2018. Very next day i have checked the sofa and found that one of single sofa recliner not working properly, called the attapur showroom and complained the same. They informed within two days technician will come and check the problem. After several calls (No response) visited
Showroom on 08/03/2018 and physically registered complain in their books, again they promised within two days technician will visit my house to solve the problem but no one came. Again called many times and visited also same reply from showroom. Finally i met showroom responsible person first
Week of june and said the whole story, he did not accept my words and i insist to check the book and found my complain dtd 08/03/208. He said issue solved, i said not then he called the technician to go and check. As of now no one visited to my house.

I ordered some furniture in this particular site and paid the money through card. They didn't give me any kind of tracking details of my ordered product, the shipping address is already mentioned in the bill but after about ten days they say that they couldn't deliver to the address and even after deducting the shipping amount they are asking us to pay extra for courier service, when i question about it their is no response until now. Thanks bantia for being no change (Poor) in customer service.
Beware of bantia furniture

This is samar, i bought dinig chairs set of 4 order number is 5808437 on 15th of august-2017 during sale. The item was to be shipped to west bengal.

I tried to get in touch with customer service at phone number [protected], i spoke to mr/mrs farheen several time. Everytime i heard, she will get back next day or in cpl of days. But it never happened. Today its 16 days since i ordered and its not yet shipped and no legitimate answers from the customer support.

Kindly look into this matter, if its not possible to ship then kindly cancel the order and refund the money to my account.

I came across bantia online furniture booking and ordered a bed and dinning table set.
Believe me this is the most annoying and frustrating online shopping i ever had!!
The order was placed and instant case was paid with the delivery commitment to be 4-8 days.
After so many phone calls and chase they delivered after 1 month!!
And the chairs look second hand/old with the chair whose all legs are not equal!
Still have to wait for the part assembly! Good knows how many months more i have to wait for this!
Paying in thousands for such product is totally insane!
I want never recommend any one to consider bantia

Not delivered even after 3 weeks.. order: 6569

Bantia furniture shop in Kukatpally didn't deliver the 2 seater sofa even after 3+ weeks of delivery. They promised to deliver 7- 8 days.

Kukatpally, Customer service and manager at the shop are pathetic. Here are the people at the shop I dealt with.
1. Swapna - cc
2. Anthony - sales guy
3. Manager - who took the order and never cares to deliver it or talk to customers politely.

They don't return your calls nor give you exact status of your order.

Finally, when argued with them they are least bothered as I already paid the amount.

Keep away from them.

I have bought dining table glass model with broken condition on[protected]. For rs.20000/- we brought the condition of the table in next day to manager (Mr. Arun). At jubilee hills branch. But still action from his end. Whenever we call him his single word always technician is not available. He will come today etc.. Nothing has happend so far. Even, when my wife called him his answer remains same.
I tried to call mr. Amit bhatia to their office. Every time some other people will lift the call and say amit not in seat.

I would like to mr. Amit from here, i have the proof where he agreed to replace the furniture. Please respond immediately.

The worst experience I ever had in my life. I went to order a sofa in malakpet branch . Whenever I am going over there, a two ladies in the sales staff are repeatedly laughing by looking at us. I felt that those ladies don't have common sense of how to behave towards the customer. It was a big insult just like annoying us. I am still very much angry on them. As they are ladies I couldn't say anything. But company should an action against them. And I want to know the reason why those are laughing at us.

i brought a double bed set from bantia and within four months the bed broke and when i try to get in touch with the staff they say they have taken the complaint and will send the person immediately but till now no one came. the staff they are just like the product good for nothing and confused. i request people to never buy any product there they give all the false promises.

Recently you might have seen big hoardings with a half nude girl staring at you saying that if you buy furniture worth 45k at Bantia, you would be given 150 yards land free (conditions apply) and a holiday vacation. You would also find this advertisement every other day in your newspaper.

Though I never believed in these kind of free gift offers, I got little bit interested when it was offered by a popular Bantia Furnitures and ofcourse listening to some INTELLIGENT friends' preachings.

So, I spent 45k ( total 52000 including taxes) and bought furniture. I was told that I would be allotted land in a few days at a village 80km from Hyderabad. (only Registration fees is charged.) I was excited that I got furniture worth 45k as well as a free land.

In a few days, I got a call saying that a FREE land has been allotted to me and in order to get land registered on my name, I had to pay 22,500!!! A list is given to me showing various charges and challans..changing of agriculture land to residential plots and stuff like that....

I enquired about the land details. It is allotted 85 km from hyderabad on Medak road. 18km from the main road. That is an agriculture land which has been divided into plots now.

Land cost over there..

1 acre - 1 lakh maximum (not even 1 lakh, lets consider)
150 yards - Rs.3100 (which bantia is giving free of cost)

Registration fees (including every stupid challan and charges)

1 lakh worth - 10% - 10000
3100/- - ???? definitely not 22500

after seeing all this.. didn't dare to ask about FREE vacation..donno what answer I would get

BEWARE guys..dont lose your precious money for FREE land...
