Banyan Tree Complaints & Reviews

There has been an unauthorised deductions from my account of 1000rs each and 9 transactions i.e. 9000rs in total in the name of account called banyan tree which was not authorized by me...

There is website called banayan tree. My bank sent me a message which shows 500₹ got deducted from my account. I don’t even know what the banayan tree is and i heard about that first time. So i search regarding that and found that there is a website of the same name which is for booking of hotels.

I want to know how did they get my bank details and everything. And without my permission how the amount got deducted....
