Baroda Up Gramin Bank Complaints & Reviews

On 2nd may 2023, Amazon India initiated refund of 1149rs in my account which is still not reflecting in my account.I think it is stuck in bank's gateway.please revert back to my complaint as soon as possible.

I have ordered a product from Amazon and due to some issues I returned it but still I haven't received my refund till now and when I'm contacting the Amazon costumer service they are saying that they have initiated the refund and credited to my bank but when I contacted my bank they checked my bank statement there was no such transactions related to this...it has been more than 20 days
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

I humble requested you that refund has been made by phone pay on 10/04/2019 regarding pay electric bill which i've pade from the phone pe. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

Refund of ₹525 from amazon is not processed yet from baroda up gramin bank. My refund reference number is[protected].
Amazon returned money on 29 sept. But money is not reflected in my account after 30 days. Please help me immediately. Thank you
अमेजन ने रुपये भेजे दिये गये हैं किन्तु अभी तक एकाउंट में नहीं आये हैं। क‌ई बार बैंक ब्रान्च जाकर पता किया तो उन्होंने कम्प्लेन रजिस्टर करने से इनकार कर दिया और टाॅल फ्री बैंक का कोई भी नंबर नहीं है, एक दो नंबर है तो उन पर काल की तो बताया कि यहाँ से कुछ नहीं होता है बैंक की ब्राँच में जाओ।
