On 05th of September 2022, I purchased a mobile phone cover from https://www.baskinshop.com/ I paid an amount of INR 678.99 to the website and subsequently they confirmed my order through an email. Even after a week I never received an update. When I clicked on their email to check my order status, I came to know that they cancelled my order the very next day (06/09/2022) without notifying me. I never initiated any cancellation from my side. Till now they have not refunded the amount. When I checked online, I saw that many other customers have reported similar complaints about the website. Kindly look into the issue and take action.

Baskinshop deceived me with wrong product they can't receive the complainant for wrong product oder I'd is #BS3698 rs 647.99 I want my money back or product exchange

Ordered lingrie from Baskinshop there were 8 products but only one was delivered amd that too an underwear of a small kid.

I ordered a back case in this website n got wrong item, when contacted for RETURN nobody is responsing.

N in toll free num, some person picked up n said to share bank details including IFSC code so we disconnected the call, later i got call from same person called n used dirty language n spoke.

I ordered two phone cases in August 31. This is my order TRACKING ID : [protected]

Product. It cancelled. It didn't get my money.

I ordered a oneplus 9rt phone case and it got cancelled. 600 rp wasted and it was never returned.
I want the amount back atleast even if the product is not delivered.
Such nonsense should be stopped.
