I have ordered OnePlus NordCE but received Redmi note 11

Complaint marked as Resolved On 8 November I have ordered OnePlus NordCE but received me Redmi note 11 on 13 November same day I made return request but they rejected with out giving me any reason I have made 5 time return request but rejected with out giving any reason

On invoice they had given following warranty details:
Samsung 1.5 Ton 3 Star
Split Triple Inverter Dura
Series AC - White
Warranty: 10 Years on Compressor, 5 Years on
PCB and 5 Years on Condenser with 5 Years free
gas recharge From Samsung.
Samsung claiming only 10 years on compressor no other warranty claim will provide by Samsung.
