We took bbnl internet service on july 2017 from sathish sahli in tubarhalli bangalore..
He dint give us receipt for the amount paid, but we do have his watsapp conversation and a checque given by him as a proof for our amount paid.. When ever we faced issue with internet he took 1week to resolve that and now after 3 months, since 15days we are not receiving internet and even after repeated calling he is not answering.. Even tried calling...

I dont have net connectivity from last 2 days and this is not the 1st time,
If this things happens they do not care to fix the problem, they take more than 3-4 days and always false commitments.
And today my issue is not resloved and i get a message that my issue is resolved.
No one even came to my home to chekc that whats the issue and the customer care executives also very irresponsive and rude.
