Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with Team "Be10X" regarding their training program and refund process.

I attended a session hosted by Mr. Aditya Goenka and Mr. Aditya Kachave, where they proposed a "Master AI" training program with lucrative job offers. During the session, they requested a payment of 10% of the total fees, promising a no-questions-asked refund policy....

Its a big let down and almost a scam conducted by 0X, Mad About Sports, Aditya Goenka, DIN/PAN[protected] and Mr Aditya Balasaheb Kachave DIN/PAN[protected]. First they catch your attention through Ads on Youtube videos, there they tell you that just by paying Rs 9 (which is very miniscule) you can attend a workshop. Which most individuals fall for because the subject is interesting, latest, fear of being leftout, job threatening and miniscule...

Enrolled for the course and paid the full fees.
The service received is pathetic.
Missing videos in the LMS platform.
Not received any bonuses as promised like:
GPT 4,
Office 365,
Assistance & Sponsorship for certifications
Now, I am not able to get certified as there is no option available on their portal.
Customer service email is dead. No response.
There is a chatbot on their learning portal. That also looks like a fraud (screenshot attached).
Can anyone help me in getting my money back?
