You were supposed to send me jbl earbuds but instead of that you delivered me a local earphone of around 50 to 100rs only.. I don’t want any other product in exchange but i want you to return my money i. E. ₹1599/- and the phone number and address you have given on the box for ‘return the product’ that is also invalid....

Hlo sir I have ordered JBL Bluetooth speakers. Instead of that I have got another unknown company earphones... So I want either the product I ordered or refund of my amount. So I request the company to please take a strict action against it wherever the fault happened and and get me the permanent solution as soon as possible. Hoping for better results...

I have ordered samsung watch with jbl earbuds combo but received damaged two watches. Both are used cheap quality watches one with no glass and other with broken strap. Cheating customer on cash on delivery. They are advertising through facebook. Its bad for facebook also. No option for return and the number gave was wrong. No response for email. Dear Sir/ Madam,
I Gautam Kumar had ordered Wireless combo pack of from Ekart with REF ID: 15DEC285, I was supposed to receive 3 wireless JBL device but received only 1 headphone local COMPANY with wire which is also not working. I have paid Rs.1619/- and received cheap quality headphones which is not working at all.
I want to return 1 device which I have received and not wanting rest of the devices which I was supposed to...
