I ordered a saree in beautiful saree.com website and i received an entirely different product. The website claims that there is return policy for wrongly delivered items. I informed them of the mistake and requested for refund. But no response from their part. I need to receive the amount paid to them.
The contact numbers provided by them is not available....

I received my order [protected]@46972 and pay rs11499 with shipping charge product is totally different, saree is very bad and saree quality is very cheap. Try to contact him all given number switched off and what's up has no replyand no information any massage i send mail within 24 hours but no response. I want to refund my amount actual amt. Plz plz refund my amt pzl....

Today i got the delivery of my order worth rs1200 which was actually shown in a siffon saree. And i received a low standard cotton saree today which can't be more than rs100! No customer support, no email care options on their site. When i tried a number mentioned on their site ([protected]) they switched off the phone and never never gotten back to help. I'm now approaching to consumers forum to sue these cheaters a big time... I dropped...
