Benelli Imperialle 400

One of the first few owner''s of Benelli IMperialle 400 from Hyderbad Kutakpally Jhabak Auto dealer, Is facing lot of issues for Service and Crank shaft problems from Engine, The sound of engine is unbearable and No service technicians in Andhrapradesh and no Even though Extended warranty is applicable, Nothing is done yet.
Total KM reading 4823 km only for 3 yrs.
Issue's :
1. Unbearable sound from Engine, Which cannot be done by Service Showroom in Vishakhapatnam and Rajahmundry, No Benelli service Showroom technical and Service Showroom closed during covid time for 1 and half year .
2. Dropped the vehicle as of now Yesterday in Rajahmundry Benelli showroom and extended warranty is going to last in next 10 days .
3. 2 service's done as there is no availability of showroom and no service technicians available during 2021 and 2022 in Rajahmundry and Vishakhapatnam .
4. Bike suddenly stopped during drive and need to push the bike for 20 kms, as of huge weight constraint, lot of mental and physical trauma has to considered from Benelli,
5. Did not except this low quality of service and faulty engine from Benelli .

I have tnt600i Benelli bike purchased on 2017 and now unable to register for HSRP NUMBER plate in odisha .
As while applying for HSRP in application after selecting Benelli logo the screen doesn't got to next page.
So look into this matter.

Imperiale 400 front suspension issue

Bought imperiale 400 just 2 weeks back from Shubha Motors, Mysore. Facing an issue in front suspension, it makes some sound upon dropping it on any potholes when it attains about 80% suspension. I have never seen such issues in any other equivalent brand bikes. Am disappointed with the reply given by service mechanic, he says it has been manufactured in that way, can't be done anything about it. I was hoping to keep this bike for long time, but with such unsolvable issue i must think about it. Hope Benelli representative will look into this seriously. Am happy with performance of the bike.

Faulty bike
Purchase TRK 502X in February 2020, since then 4 times some or the other parts have failed, also missing parts at the time of delivery are still not provided by Thane showroom.

Missing and gear shaft problem

Hi Iam from Visakhapatnam and I bought BENELLI imperiale 400 on aug 2020 and since first service Iam getting missing complaint and still it didn’t got resolved and my spokes broke in first 3months and now gear shaft complaint and nothing has been done from service.

Bike Issue Before the purchase of 1 Month

The Bike is showing missing gradually while acclerating. Today is the first month that i purchased bike From kochi showroom . Presently i am in bangalore . I gave to service center first they told me like manufacturing issue of head senser after they told like battery is not giving proper power, They told like we fixed after few min Again the problem came . Its stilll inside the benelli Garrage. How and what happend to a brand new bike i dont know...Benelli should take proper responsibility for this vehicle

Last week the problem arise that vehicle is not providing smooth engine functioning like automaticallly getting off while running or Drag is creating by engine . So i gave to Bangalore Benelli for service. Now its been 7th day my bike is in benelli garrage They didnt gave me a proper solution for that plz kindly response about my vehicle .. requesting a call back or mail

Cancelling warranty for my bike
This is to bring to your notice about the concern about the recent service issues for my Imperialle 400 Bike.
My first service for my Benelli Imperialle 400 Bike was due on Apr'21 but due to covid pandemic i was unable to get service done in the month of Apr'21. Also there was a post in Benelli India Instagram page that all service schedule for Apr-May 21 will be extended until July 31st 2021. But The service center guys made void my first service (visited on 24 Jul 2021).
My first service for my Benelli Imperialle 400 Bike was due on Apr'21 but due to covid pandemic i was unable to get service done in the month of Apr'21. Cancelling warranty for not servicing around pandemic time
Bike needed mid year service (6th month), since i was not in the location at that time could not do the service. When i arrived in town, we had witnessed the lockdown. Vehicle did not either run in that period.Vehicle when arrived for later for the service, it was serviced for 1 year service or 12k km as per the process, skipping the 6th month. There was no issue with vehicle noted and it was ran only 4.5k km.
Post that service vehicle ran for 2k km and now had a front shock issue. Benelli has rejected the warranty, quoting that i have skipped the 6th month service and they are saying my vehicle will not be on warranty from now.
If there was no pandemic issue, i would have got the service post i arrived at town, which i could not since it was lockdown.
Benelli India expected me to prioritise the service over the care i had to take for myself and people around me. For my decision of making safety as priority, benelli India has cancelled my Warranty.
Post that service vehicle ran for 2k km and now had a front shock issue. Benelli has rejected the warranty, quoting that i have skipped the 6th month service and they are saying my vehicle will not be on warranty from now.
If there was no pandemic issue, i would have got the service post i arrived at town, which i could not since it was lockdown.
Benelli India expected me to prioritise the service over the care i had to take for myself and people around me. For my decision of making safety as priority, benelli India has cancelled my Warranty.

My Vehicle was taken for Warranty replacement and was promised delivery in 2 days. Now its 7 days and still no update from them

As discussed and agreed, I had dropped my vehicle at the service centre on Monday (22nd March at 1:30pm). As per our conversation the vehicle was supposed to be delivered back to me on Wednesday (24th March 2021), yet you asked for a day's time on Wednesday and I agreed to it..
On Thursday (25th March 21), you informed me that the vehicle is ready, but you are waiting on some email from the Warranty team and it's Saturday today but I have no clue on the delivery of my Vehicle yet and I have tried calling you on your mobile a couple of times, and also sent you a text on whatsapp.
Doesn't look like you guys are interested in giving my vehicle back, you guys can continue to keep the vehicle and I will take this up legally for the discomfort caused to me and the charges, I have been induced because of the delay in delivering the vehicle.
You guys make me look, as if this Vehicle was not purchased by me rather it was like a charity or gift from Benelli..
This is the height and worst customer service in today's world.
When I send my vehicle to the service centre, my expectation is that the service centre would review the vehicle and keep me updated about the complaints. Its not the customer who is to keep coming and telling you about complaints.
@vikas - Request your help on this one, though I was told over the years that Benelli service is pretty bad in India. I still went ahead and brought Leoncino as I was assured this to be the best build and a signature model. But doesnt look like any of it is kept up, nor the service has improved and the quality of the vehicle and communication is pathetic.
If you guys believe, this is how a customer is to be treated. I am prepared to face it in consumer court.

warranty issue for benelli 302r
Sir,
(Pls note: from the date of purchased the bike have 2years warranty as the company rules).
I have purchased benelli 302r bike from new town (Kolkata) showroom on 10/01/2018.
Then after two months from the date of purchased i saw the rear disc plate is cracked, then i mail to benelli many times about this issue, but they did not solve the problem still now. On 08/01/2020 my brother realise that some problem is having on the rear brake of this bike. Then on 09/01/2020 he went to the benelli authorize workshop (Topsia kolkata). Then the engineer found rear brake caliper problem. As a company rules this parts is under warranty. But the workshop manager said that the warranty will not work on. Because, on the service book there was no stamp regarding my first bike service. But it is not my fault, it is there fault. I have other documents proof. And my last bike warranty was on 10/01/2020. Any how the benelli india company is not helping me.
Kindly please look out my all problems (Rear brake caliper and rear disc plate) as soon as possible.

Just listing down my communication with your service centre Bangalore(Domlur) and the Trauma, I have been going through for 3 months in a row..
1. during our meet on 7th of Jan 2021, I had pointed out my concerns related to the footrest, fuel tank, T-stem and Monogram having issues with the quality of material and paint used.
2. All required photos were taken and collected by your team on the same day
3. As per my conversation with you at the service centre, you had requested for 15 days to seek approval from your Warranty team and to procure the parts to be replaced
4.As per the email dated 2nd of March 2021, and my discussion with you on phone. All parts had arrived post necessary approval and it was pending on me to drop the vehicle at the service centre.
5. I had dropped the Vehicle at the service centre on the 22nd of March 2021 (1.30pm) and was assured that all the complaints would be addressed and upon completion of replacement of the parts you would notify me in 2 days and that prolonged.
6. On Friday noon, you confirmed over the call and Whatsapp chat that the Vehicle is ready and the below items were replaced under Warranty:
a. Fuel Tank
b. Footrest - 4
c. T-Stem
d.Monogram
Though the above have been replaced, you are waiting for an final approval email for delivery of the vehicle.
Today is the 29th of March and my vehicle has still not been delivered and now you call me and say that your Warranty team is not ready to approve the parts which have already been replaced on my vehicle makes no sense to me..
First you dismantle my vehicle, replace the parts and now again you call me and say that they have not agreed to replace the parts, rather they are suggesting to paint them and fix them.. This is ridiculous
I will have this posted on the Benelli India Group, Facebook and all social media channels
ALSO PLEASE NOTE, IF ANYTHING IN MY VEHICLE IS PAINTED OR EVEN TOUCHED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST BENELLI INDIA.
IF MY VEHICLE IS NOT DELIVERED BY TOMORROW EVENING WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS ADDRESSED, I SHALL TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS AGAINST THE SERVICE CENTRE.
NOTE: I HAVE ALREADY POSTED THIS IN THE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM AND THE NEXT STEP IF MY VEHICLE ISNT DELIVERED BY TOMORROW EVENING, I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO WRITE AN EMAIL TO YAN HAIMEI (CEO- BENELLI GLOBAL)
