I purchased under counter water purifier product from Bepure (https://www.bepure.store/ )on 14/July/2022 for an amount nears to Rs 9000/-. Till now product was not delivered to me and when I asked about delivery product they said it's problem with delivery partner. As I'm not sure when the product will be delivered to me I asked to refund my money. They are not refunding my money, not even delivering the product....

I have to do complaint on this portal because I didn't find any other way to complaint about the quality of Bepure 5G R.O. We have purchased online Bepure 5G R.O from their team. On 25th August 2020, we bought this from Bepure itself. From that day we have complaint 6-7 times about the product. If a product opens 6-7 times then what will be the value of that product remains? We want to return this R.O. This time we have completely fed up with this product.
