I ordered a Fossil watch online from best collection.co.in, on 19/10/2020. I received the order on 27/10/2020.and it was wrong item. I tried to contact to seller name Sharry Sharma but he is not answering my phone either not replying of my messages.

I made a video clip when I unbox the item and it was wrong item
I ordered a Fossil watch online from best collection.co.in, on 23/10/2020. I received the order on 25/10/2020. I made a video clip when I unbox the item and it was wrong item. I tried to contact to seller name Sharry Sharma but he is not answering my phone either not replying of my messages.
