I placed an order on bestpriceshop.co.in on 23rd march 2017, and i receive the confirmation mail on my mail id. After that i’m unable to contact the seller on phone no.[protected], neither they reply to my mail as yet. Even i cant cancel my order because there are no links to cancel the order.

Kindly look into this issue.

I've placed orders on 5th and 6th April of 2017 during their preview offer. Its been 15 days and there is no clue where my products are. The only thing I can see while tracking is the word "Processing". My order Ids are : #12455, #12623, #12663. I've mailed them, even tried calling them but of no use. This is completely a fraudulent website. In want my money back. :(

I saw the "WWW.BESTPRICESHOP.CO.IN" advertisement on "Dwarka Mor, Delhi, Metro Station" on 15th april 2017. I have place an order, my order ID is 19356. Its only payment option was through "PAYTM". Its been 5 days the order status still shows processing. I have e-mailed them but no reply. Its a definite fraudulent company. The website is still active. Its victimizing more and more people. Please take necessary action against this fraud and help us get our money back.

I placed an order with bestpriceshop.co.in during their preview offer on 26th March, 2017. I got a confirmation email for the same. My order numbers are #8191, #8195 and one more. Total 3 products I hv ordered from Faridabad NIT 5.The order was prepaid by my IOB Debit Card. Even aftercare than 21 days, there is no clue of what is the status of order and the website does not respond back to email or calls.I have a strong feeling that there are more victims than mentioned. The website is still up and running and necessary action should be done. I have seen the advertisement on Mandi House Metro Station. How can someone advertise an illegal and fraud online application on a Metro Station? I am worried about others also now those who will try to invest their money in this attractive offer. Hope you will do the favorable. I need all my 3 products which I have ordered or my money back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

As per promotional offer from above online shopping website I ordered one item from them order no 5371 date of order 21Mar 17.But still no product has received from them.I mailed them to remind regarding that but no reply from them.I have checked my login id for bestpriceshop.co.in but still it is showing that order is processing from 21st Mar17.
Please do the needful as stop this types of fake or fraud website .please find the attached file for screenshot of order details

I have ordered product on www.bestpriceshop.co.in making advance payment and received confirmation mail for my order also.My order no. is 11466.But I have not received product ordered and there is no one to reply at customer care number given on site [protected] as well. They Saying That Wait For 2 Weeks To Deliver the product But After Passing 15 Days Now They Not Pickup any Call & No Response On Mail.

More than 10, 000 people are facing the same problem which is 299 per order*10, 000 orders=29, 90, 000 worth or more of fraud. They claimed that the offer was for 10, 000 customers but I have a strong feeling that there are more victims than mentioned. The website is still up and running and necessary action should be taken...Also need take action against Paytm which is the payment gateway and verified the company

Even aftercare than 13 days, there is no clue of what is the status of order and the website does not respond back to email or calls. Almost 10, 000 people are facing the same problem which is 299 per order*10, 000 orders=29, 90, 000 worth or more of fraud. They claimed that the offer was for 10, 000 customers but I have a strong feeling that there are more victims than mentioned. The website is still up and running and necessary action should be taken against it as the website made Government agencies such as DMRC advertisement spaces to convince people into spending their money. The amount may be less for one person but collectively it's a huge scam which raises questions about internet shopping especially when it's promoted via such reputed platforms.

I have ordered in the website bestpriceshop.co.in as they had some kind of offer and made online payment through Paytm.I received a mail confirming my order but then there is no response after Wards.their number is not working and I've sent a mail but did not get any response till now.me and some of my cousins have also made orders in the website and we would like to have a quick response on this as they may cheat more people if this may continue.thank you

I ordered two products on 23rd march from best price bearing order number 7272 and 7274.I received a mail regarding confirmation of order. after which i have'nt received any message regarding its delivery nor have i received the product till now.They have mentioned in their portal that they will deliver the product in 5 working days.They have not stood by their commitment and that is disturbing.i am very upset with the shopping experience n will never ever recommend it to anyone. I just want the product to be delivered at the earliest or the amount i paid (ie Rs 600) for the products be refunded at the earliest failing which i will take my complaint further. hoping that suitable action is taken on my complaint and my concern is resolved.

The company seems fraud as this is showing order in process and no mobile number and products looks fake
