I made a purchase of clothes from Bevakoof outlet on 13th July 2025, with cost me arount 5993, I have made the payment via POS machine, and the money is deducted from my account but not reflecting to their system. they said they will reverse the money please use a different card to proceed and I did the same. Now its been 3 days, they are not reversing my amount....

No updates on order which were placed a long time ago. Their help and support section is the worst with no useful functional links and they don't have any customer care. They don't even allow you to cancel your order.
