Bought a service from seller for my kid. it was an online tutoring unhappy with their service i asked for refund which they promised to give for all the unused classes during the enrollement, but yhey failed to obbey that, earlier kept giving some solitions which dint work and then when i applied for refund they dint respond to my mail, they stopped answering my calls. i made a payment through pay pal but as the window of 180 days was passed pay pal dint accepted my claim.

I had enrolled my son for one of their Olympiad programs, for which they had asked me to transfer 10000 rs, which I did.
After that, it’s been more than 2 months.No classes were held, no response to mails/ messages/ calls.
Have been requesting for a refund of Rs 10000/- but bo response from their side.

this is Swathy from the USA, I sign up for an online course for my kids for his summer camp after that I didn't have the interest to attend the classes because my kid's school satrted here early, and he didn't have time to take classes.
They promised me to refund the amount but still, now I didn't get any refund amount, calling them and emial them so many times but no use.
