I received the order but quality not good that's why I have trying to place return but not yet reply from beyoung team

Bought & received 3 T shirts but 1 was small. 3 pyjamas shrunk by 2 inches after normal handwash. Their customer care said that they can't take back after washing. Poor quality of cloth used. The fellows are happy with one or two orders from one customer. They won't have repeat orders for sure. At least I can donate these to some needy people. Never buy from beyoung.in website if you want clothes with quality.

I ordered a cargo and pant on 9..it reached their warehouse on 15 Dec..smore than 10 days they are not refunding money..everytime they aaye it's processing...

Pathetic product quality. Uneven sizes under same label. Don’t buy. At 1k they give you shorts stitched at some local shop with poor elastic and never to fit sizes. No refund policy saying hygiene issue as if they gonna repack the returned items and cheat other customers. Especially when the goods are not worn, what hygiene issue!

I got carried away by their website & ordered products worth 2000/-
But all of them r bad quality. N no customer service.
No reply to anything. Just dont order guys.

I have ordered t-shirts, shirts, trouser from this website. I am trying to place a return, But every time when try to raise return, it's showing that Customer representatives are available and they will be available till 6:30 pm, though I am trying to put return within 6:30 pm.

And there is no direct option to return, it's taking to virtual chat....

The delivery boy coming to me and says about otp .but i entered wrong number in order details so otp goes another one and he says without otp i not give you product.i also pay online payment. Please help me about in receiving product or refund my money quickly.

This is a complaint regarding my online prepaid purchase which was done on May 2 nd until today there is no update and while I check with the tracking ID it shows a later date every day, when trying to reach the customer care, I've to wait for hours together to get no response except from the bot.

Feel cheated and the worst site ever, if this is not getting resolved I'm reaching out to consumer court

This is to complaint that I've made an prepaid order from Beyond on May 2nd and until today I e got no updates at all, when trying to reach the customer care, I had to wait for more than an hour yet no response from them.

The worst customer service and definitely this is a fraud company.

I'm trying to reach them from so long. Looks like this is not gonna help, I'm filing a complaint with the consumer court

I brought this pick any 3 jogger offer and when it got delivered i checked the package to find someone's used clothing.
A shirt and a pant with a lady's hair.
I feel very dissapointed in myself to pay these frauds.

I ordered two pairs of cargo pants from this website, I ordered L but they delivered small size, now no one is responding to phone calls or emails or anything, I think I got scammed, please help.

I had ordered on 19 april on beyoung.in and the expected time of delivery was 24 april which is already passed so i tried to cancel my order by sending mail to [protected]@beyoung.in but no reply came from their end.

The worse online shopping site I have encountered so far. The measurment they mentioned in their site is not matching. The customer care doesnt response if any Item to be replace due to size mismatch.

My Order no is 1307750 I have ordered 3 T-shirts from Beyong.in. but received only two items. No response from Beyoung on missing item.. I have sent may emails regarding the same.

Also, I have sent replacement request for the other two items as Size is not fitting. They have charged me more Rs.100 for replacement . No order I'd or confirmation sent by them for replacement till yet.

I have ordered three T-shirt's from there site which was delivered to me on 1 Oct 21. When I opened the package I found that the t-shirt doesn't fits me as two of them are tight and the third t-shirt was damaged. I contacted their customer support and raised a refund request on which they respond and asked me to share pics of their products which I did; but not they want me to keep sharing pictures with them sometime for size and all. Worst shopping experience I recommend everyone to stay away form all this bogus site. They charge you hefty amount and they deliver pathetic quality products and the worst they don't believe in refund request for the sake of money making.

Yesterday i am send a cancellation mail for my order to beyoung official mail with proper reason
So how can they sent me the tracking id for delivery.. Such a fraud website
There are no option for cancellation... I don't want to take the product.. Because it has done mistakenly...

I have received the wrong parcel & I raised the cancellation to pickup the products but beyoung is not responding properly.

I spoke to one of executive said that we don't have any details of your order, this is totally cheating computer....

They are clearly a fake online shopping, Beyoung.in, they have Cash on delivery option but charges Rs.50 extra per product
If we don't opt for COD, they will give max discount of rs.500, this is trapping consumer to pay upfront.

But Ordered twice they have cancelled orders saying cod authorization is required, i have called them up but they want upfront payment to make shipping process ease

It is a trap, i see many ads coming up on facebook, please take action on fake online shopping websites

I order 4 t-shirt combo pack on beyoung.in but company was send to me different sizes t-shirt, i call company customer care and customer care has told me your issue was completely fill up and after 48hr your issue will be solved but after 72 hr goes my issue was not solve and company has not contacting to me
