Money deducted but car parked in home

We were standing in toll line from 5 minutes but the volunteer charged us 110Rs instead of 0. We were going from Delhi to Sonipat and we told him that we are waiting from so long and he said it's free you can go. Complete fraud is going on

We were travelling from delhi to sonepat and we were standing in toll line from past 5 minutes but the toll volunteer charged us Rs.110 instead of Rs.0 even though we told him and he said that it’s free you can go. It’s compete fraud going on

At this toll plaza toll is being charged even on showing army id card . Hence they do not accept army ud card .

Dear sir,
i have bought fastag at bhaghan tool plaza on 18 June 2022 at morning hours.
Kotak Mahindra bank fast tag NO [protected] A person has charged me RS 500 & Rs 1500 for recharge
i have received total in my fast tag account RS 1650 only he assured me i will get more later.
Which i never got.
On 19 June 2022 my travel was completed at Srinagar & in my fast tag account balance was
RS 400. On 6, July my fast tag was wrongly used for Rs 95 Rs 50 & on 8, july it was again used for Rs 95 & Rs 50. it was all time used at Bhgan tool plaza.
I have complied to NHAI. sir I came to know they are using duplicate fast tags & people like me from other states get cheated.
i request you sir please take action against these fast tag pepole who cheat normal people at tool plaza at murthal bhghan.

My car cross the toll 2 times on same date in less than 2 hours gap but they deducted same amount both time

My car cross the Murthal toll 2 times on same date in less then two hours gap . They deducted the same amount both time. Second time the amount will be half but they deducted complete amount

I told the operator that there is money in my fastag but he said its showing low balance than he charged me 195rupees cash. After half an hour i got a message that 95rupees has been deducted from my fastag.
So, i paid three times instead of one.
Please look into that matter.
The operator name was Aryan and he dont even know how to talk.

My vehicle no is HR10T7804 and local pass issued by the Bhagan Toll Plaza but still Rs 50 debited on 02.05.2022 at 8:37 AM and Rs-50/- debited on 07.05.2022 at 9:01 AM, Rs 50/- debited on 07.05.2022 at 3:30 PM, Rs 50/- debited at 3:46 PM. Kindly check and refund the amount.

I am complaining about wrong amount
deducted on date 29th April.
As in morning my car crossed at 8:22am
therefore 95 rupees amount deducted,
understood.
But in evening same vehicle crossed on same
date at 6:49pm then again 95 rupees amount is
deducted instead of 40 rupees.
That is very bad experience.
Request you to please refund my money on
urgent basis, else i have to take serious action
on it.

Sir/mam,
I am a regular traveller from delhi to chandigarh. There has been multiple instances of misbehaviour with me and other passangers at bhagan toll plaza (Murthal). They refuse to accept fastag and always ask for cash even though fastag has been made mandatory by government. There are multiple goons standing at toll at all the time so you can’t even argue with them. I have complained to local police multiple times but they also fail to resolve the issue. Please look into the matter and take necessary action asap.

Dear sir,
My car no. Is - dl12cn6342 and my fast tag wallet no-[protected]. I traveled through bhagan toll plaza on 13/12/2019 by my car. Toll plaza counter girl ask for cash to go through the toll gate, i told her that i had fast tag. But she reply me that fast tag is blacklist till 15/12/2019 so i have to pay cash. I need to do return journey after some time so i take return journey ticket cost of rs-105. Even when i return i show that slip to counter boy and he open the toll gate.
But after some time i received messages transaction on my phone as well as on my mail. That bhagan toll plaza charged me double. Rs 70 for up side travel and rs 35 for down side travel.

Please refund rs 105 to my fast tag wallet asap.
