I am not getting bill since one year .Meter screen shot shared as required in watts up but no response .please help getting proper bill every month so that I will pay.

i leave i prestige high fields hyderabad flat no 9093.i shared meter screen shot through watts up and messaged many times but no response .since one year i and not getting bill .please help getting proper bill so that I can pay .

Unusual billing is done, without taking meter reading. I wrote a letter and cheque for Rs.501 against April bill but it was not adjusted but cheque got cleared. The huge amount due is still appearing online. When tried to contact the customer care, they are not responding and cutting the line without answering.
The service is the worst and causing lot of annoyance and stress...
