I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the behavior and irresponsibility of Jishu Chatterjee, an employee of Bhandari Automobiles.
Recently, I have had several unpleasant interactions with Mr. Chaterjee which have left me greatly dissatisfied. His demeanor has been consistently unprofessional, and his attitude towards his responsibilities has been lacking. Specifically, I would like to highlight the following incidents:
I great to apprise you that you have appointed two mechanic in my Favor for reappearing and servicing our vehicle mn road line & bengal road line to whom I pay remuneration, fooding and lodging expenses but sorry to say they are reluctant our order for repairing job, only they obey jishu Chatterjee’s order, so I compelled to say kind take serious action in this matter, I shall take another issue.
As a loyal customer of Bhandari Automobiles, I expect a certain standard of service and professionalism from its employees. Unfortunately, Mr. Chaterjee's behavior falls far short of these expectations and reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment.
I urge you to address this matter promptly by conducting a thorough investigation into Additionally, measures should be implemented to ensure that all employees receive adequate training and support to deliver the level of service expected by your customers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and uphold the standards of excellence that Bhandari Automobiles is known for.

I had booked a Alto on 22 jan 2022 and was promised the car by 5 February 2022. But as on date 16 feb 2022 i have neither got the car nor getting any satisfacory answer from the dealer. My car is booked at Bhandari automobiles Golabari Howrah by the name Chanda Kumari Paswan. and dealer and salesman name Manoj Thakur and Sunil yadav.

My name is Sampa Majumder. I brought a car from bhandari salap howrah on January 2019. That time I paid Rs 10000 for commercial taxi permit and I got a tr7 on that date also. In December 2021 I went to STA(State Transport Authority) for my car permit they said the permit is not ready yet as I paid the permit fess so late on 28.12.2019 but I know that I paid the fees on 17.01.2019 I had proved also. Sta said that now I shall pay late fine fess Rs 8000 for take the permit. On 3.01.2022 I paid the fine and get the permit. So I lodge a complaint against Bhandari Automobiles salap howrah for this late fine.

I called to chandrakona road bhandari branch to know, my number plate came or not ..
But not pick up my call and no information to me from chandrakona road bhandari showroom authorized person buddhadev dhara ..this is a miss communication gap from your authorized person .why I call him repeatedly..please look the issue ..this is not good service for a customer..

I bought a maruti zen estilo from Bhandari Automobile, salap howrah in November 2020. But its name has not been transferred yet. I called a lot of numbers but didn't get a good response from anywhere. I paid 17000 / - for name transfer but I have to face this kind of harassment ... My car number is WB 12C 1237.

I had booked a Maruti Ignis at Bhandari by paying Rs 11000 on 7/6/20
The Automobile dealer couldnt deliver the car till September and as such had to cancell the booking
However I have not yet got my refund even after 6 months

Sir with due respect I want to bring it in your notice that I am searching for a back camera from bhandari automobiles Kharagpur Nexa, but Mr. Parveen, the accessories head, mr. Kishore, the servicing head did not respond to me. Their behaviour is very mannerless and specially mr. Parveen challanging me when I warn him to stop misbehaving other wise I complain. The overall result is my insult and i unable to buy camera for my car. I rqst you to take necessary action to those person who were involved in above matter please.

On october 9th i have given my car celerio zxi commercial num. Wb04h2367 now it's already took a month till now the job is under hold what types of delayed takng maruti service center to change a head a complete car can be assembled in this time period. I don't expected that this much could have been taken. I want to bring maruti attention on this service center to takes some steps against this service center. I have been fedup logging complain on my car job.

I had booked tata ace in march 2017 and paid an advance of rs.5000 vide chq no 000028 of bandhan bank which got debited in my account on 20.03.17. But due to changes in government policy with respect to environment. We had cancelled the booking.. Hence requesting company to refund the amount... Tried to contact sales team but all in vain.. I wrote to them via mail but no response received... Kindly help in getting the refund amount...

I had paid an advance of rs 5000 thru cheque to bhandari automobiles toward advance for commercial vehicle which was cancelled as the prices increased by the company.. Hence we requested company to pay back the booking advance amount but till date no response received.. I had called up the consumer cell no but they are just transferring the numbers to other person.. May i request to help me to get the refund amount which is lying with company for more than 18 months..

I have done my servicing on 16/6/2018 vide reference number 026/BR/18004112 but the labour charges taken were very much more than servicing charges which is very unheard off. The total charge given in the invoice is 8762 splitted into 3498 service charges and 5262 labour charges that is some 1800 more i think there some error in there system please help me regarding thus issue.

I have given 1 week old car for service my nexa baleno to this bhandari and i dont know some scraches was there so i asked them to do paint it and i will pay no issue they said they will charge me 2000 to 2500 for bumper payment i said no issue i will pay it after the paint was donr i saw its just like other outside paint with dust on it.so i said its not on heat chamber so they agree with me and said yes its not but they said they will do it why they ruined my bumper with outside paint and all dust was there.i am not at all satisfied and the job which was done they also agree that its not satisfactory.so noe they are not willing to give any complain book to register a complains.they are saing we will do it they wasted my time and patience so i think i should file a petition againsts them.i had kept few pictures of that which i shared with the pictures and here is the bill details

I raghunandan misra buy a car alto800, from tamluk, booking on 15/04/2014, 95% payement on 30/04/2014, rest payement on 18/06/2014.But car delivery on 11/07/2014, car produce on 11/07, beltala kolkata on 11/07, till date not recd.Paper documents.Pl.Take necessary as soon as possible.

hello sir i am a costomer of maruti past 15 yrs now having sx 4 i ask bhandari that my car having problem a noise is coming jest below my car the take my car to workshop and return at next day when i drive the problem remain the same again i contact them again the same procedure happens and when they return my car the problem was the same when i phone them the aer not even bother the problem and from 15 days i could not even drive my car as the sound is irritating please help me as bhandari is completely is not atall responsible distributors ii think u would help me out my name RAJESH KUMAR SARAF CAR NO WB061745
