You piece of ### people . I have never taken any LOAN from cashe. Still your recovery agents are calling me, abusing me and threatening to harass me because they want to speak with some third party. If this doesn’t stop I will file an official police complaints. You pathetic illiterate people . Calling and abusing ? Is this the way you do your business ? I need immediate action on this .. there is no CONTACT no and reach out . When I try to submit grievance form it’s greyed out . When you don’t want people to reach out to you in trouble why the ### even have a grievance officer ?

      Dear Sir,
      I have cashe loan & 2 montha regular i pay my EMI but now i want to close my loan. Already i talk with cashe customer care team on 28 august & he said this amount pay before 30th august for loan close..30th august i paid full amount for close my loan. For my confirmation, i send 15-16 mail for my loan closer but no any reply from cashe customer care. Still my loan status is active. Now say what i do?? My cashe lender is bhanix finance. I paid full amount to bhanix finance.please give me solution & close my loan ASAP

        I have made 1 emi payment on 9th august[protected] for Cashe EMI via UPI and it was not reflecting in app and from 10th onwards till 12th I am getting calls and threat messages in WhatsApp that legal action will be taken I made payment again on 12th for 14430 for Cashe emi via Razorpay and this reflected in Cashe app. Please refund my first EMI amount which I did on 9th as there were 2 payments done for August EMI please.

          My last EMI is on August. Always I pay through UPI. But last month nd this month UPI didn't wrk. So I paid to bhanix account directly. Last month they resolved the issue. This month I paid four days prior to my due date. But still now not reflecting. And showing overdue and automated calls email and msgs. Almost 5 complaints 15 emails. No response. Pls help and provide me with noc.
          And they initiated autodebit also. Now I have to pay for that too... Pls help

            I paid my last loan amount on 08 aug 2022.tried with paying UPI several times since it didn't wrk I paid in the kotak acct.
            my emi due date is 11 aug. still showing due in the application. payment details not reflected in the application . And I am getting emails for auto debit. This is happening with me the second time. This is my final EMI amount. I sent several email to support @cashe.only ticket numbers are raising no reply. Please confirm my receipt of payment and help me with the NOC of closing the loan

              When I have already spoken to the team why is the collections team calling my references and abusing them. Required information is with me with the call recordings where abusive words has been used repeatedly on the call. They represent as cash e . Collection calls is legal but I guess they are not following the protocol. I will move court if these calls hamper my reputation or results in any kind of loss. Recordings can be furnished on request. Email with complain has been already sent to their team with a copy to rbi along with the call recordings.
