Dear Sir,

Request you to Please Help to disburse my Loan amount in my account as i was applied for Loan from CASHe on 8th of Jan Loan was Sanctioned and i have done E-nach And E-sign for Disbursal and it was also disburse same i got mail confirmation on 8th jan by bhanix but due to some technical issue it was not Resolve yet, i'm continually trying to get status but every time getting same reply that it i'll resolve within 48hrs,

I have reached out to bhanix finance (cashe) department for help several times. No one is responding. I want to close my cashe loan which was taken by me on 2 dec 2023. This is not the way to give the after services to a customer. Already I have taken a loan on a very high rate of interest. Now I want to close it why you guys are not allowing me to close. Kindly reach out to me. Otherwise i will file a legal complaint against your team.

I have taken loan from cashe loan app.due to some medical emergency i have not paid the loan from 60 days.i already informed my situation through mail but they are not listening and threatening me by sharing my details as a loan defaulter to my contact list.already shared to my parents.if this happens, my career will be spoiled and the only option I have is to commit suicide.please go through the case and solve it ASAP.

I have availed personal loan in cashe during march. I am not able to pre close it. There is no options provided in the application where i took the loan for pre closure. While asking for pre close in customer service also not available on the website. Kindly help me in closing the loan and proov the ability of Consumer court/tribunal and RBI power on regulating such NBFC. Kindly do the needful.

I would like to state that in the month of April i applied for a loan in Cashe where credit limit of Rs32000 was approved. I applied for Rs.26000 loan, but the loan has never been credited to my account. I have been raising the issue since April but it has not been solved yet.
While providing the bank details there was mistake in the account number which was later specified by Cashe. I would like inform you that the AC[protected] where loan amount has been credited does not belong to me.
I am not able to comprehend that Cashe inspected my account Statement of A/C No.[protected] and credited the loan amount to a different account. Where e-mandate was also given by the same account i.e, A/C[protected].

Sir I am requesting you to update the Emi pending amount 1070 rs to showing in the Cibil report, As it is showing in the report 10, 546rs
to 11, 830 rs as overdue

With this I Am facing lot of issue when iam applying for loan or Credit cards they are getting rejected the issue Iam facing from last 3 to 4 months

Sir As my marriage got fixed, it is in few months i am trying for new loans and credit cards all are getting reject to do this issue

Sir I will do the Emi payment of 1, 070rs once I get my salary and close the loan

Sir payment done please provide me NOC and update in cibil report

Sir please send me the Emi payment statement done till today

Sir kindly accept my request and waive off the penalty & let me Know balance Emi payment pending

I have taken loan from bhanix finance and investment limited from there mobile application in 2019 oct same was closed in November 2019 itself.
It is still showing as active in my credit report, tried to contact them multiple times but getting no response neither they any customer care or any option to registered complain in app or website.

This is impacting my credit score very badly please help to resolve it.
