I have done transaction of RS 10000 on 28th December 2020. The amount was debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account. Its still showing 'transaction pending'.
Application is not good for common people. It seems to be fraud. I have launched complaint against BHIM app. But i haven't receive any response from them.

    A request was approved through bhim transaction to jio recharge of ₹409 and the money was deducted from my account but the recharge was not successful it was transferred through upi request of [protected]@icici. As i called the jio customer care the told that the payment was declined on their behalf and was not successful.

    The message was
    "your a/c no. [protected] is debited by rs.409.00 on 06/01/2018 and credited to [protected]@icici-indiaideas (Upi ref no[[protected]]."

    Transaction time was 11:48am.
    Transaction date was 06/01/2018.

    Please refund my money.

      Hello dear bhim developer team members
      This is shiva shankar from hyderabad. I am so regret to inform you that i have not received money which tranfered through bhim by brother to me of rs.2200. My brother whose bhim id is [protected]@upi transferred money from his hdfc account to my bhim id which is [protected]@upi on dated[protected] time 13.33.50. The money was debited from his account on next second when this transaction occurred successfully. But unfortunately i did not receive that money. I tried multiple times to contact bhim developer team over phone by helpline number. I was asked that wait for time on line. But after 40 to 60 seconds the line would be disconnected automatically
      It happened so many times. So i report this issue to bhim through bhim app. I did not get any reply. I also report this issue to npci. They registered my complaint which number is 346706. So i am totally frustrated with your customer care services. I would be very happy if your people reach me over phone and sort out this issue as early as possible. It's my number [protected].
