निवेदन है कि में एक दवा व्यापारी हूँ। मेरी शॉप पर एक bharat pay से एजेंट आया और अपनी सर्विस के बारे में बताने लगा। कहा ये हमारा bharat pay स्पीकर है जो कि बिलकुल मुफ़्त है इसका कोई चार्जेज़ नहि लगता और कोई मासिक़ शुल्क भी नहि लगेगा।
पर जब मेने उसे उपयोग किया तो मेरा मासिक शुल्क कटने लगा और जब मेने इसकी शिकायत कस्टमर केर से की तो उनका जवाब था की एजेंट की डिटेल दीजिए अब उनके एजेंट की डिटेल मेरे पास कैसे होगी।
इसके बाद जब मेने इस स्पीकर को हटाने की रिक्वेस्ट की तो ये bharat pay वाले इसे हटाने का भी शुल्क ले रहे है।
अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि बात शुल्क की नहि है ये कम्पनी वाले सरासर धोकधड़ी कर रहे है और शिकायत करने पर अपनी मनमानी कर रहे है।
मेने जब कन्सूमर फ़ोरम में कम्प्लेन का कहा तो इनका कहना है आपको जो अच्छा लगे वो करो । हमारी तो यही पॉलिसी है।
अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है की उपरोक्त कम्पनी के विरुध उचित कार्यवाही की जाए ताकि बाक़ी आम जन को इनसे परेशानी ना हो ।

due to some issues i cant pay the installments
so the recovery agents call s my relatives family and friends.
from my contacts and talk in dirty and abusive language.
a contact the bank but they say they are not.

My name is Ajay Gautam, i did taken loan from the Bharat pe amount -1 Lacks, I didn't paid complete loan amount on time, due to my financial condition is not good and i lefted my job but i was paying 10000/- rs last month July-22 and 10000/- August-22, i said to agent-bharat pe that i'll pay my remaining loan amount monthly basis because i can't pay complete amount on one time, due to my financial condition is not well.
My relatives and friends are receiving calls and messages from recovery agents ( bharat pe). Why are they sending messages and calls to my relatives and friends and your representative talking to them very badly and using abusive language.
As per rbi guidelines you can't use abusive and bad language to any family, relative and friends of loan applicant.
Please find below my loan details with a screenshot of the message.

My husband took a loan from bharatpay during lockdown when we were going through crisis the amount he took was ***** he had paid the amount of ***** and is wiling to pay the due amount in a certain time but the companys excutives are calling the contacts which are saved in his contact list and haraasing them as well as him amd his family memebers they are threahting us that they will come and arrest the family for the amont of ***** rupeess they use such an abusive language and has haressed so much that my husband mohd sahil is this much deperessed that he wants do to suicide i need help please help us

I have returned the machine for refund on 19th june for refund, and the courier guy also picked up on 19 th june itself, but when I asked the customer support through chat, they said n made me to wait till 27th june n till 28 th june till morning 8 am, but till date the status is not been yet changed in the app, n also wen i checked the courier AWB NUMBER, it said it's been recieved through barathpay on 25 june itself, n now the agent is telling me to wait till 2 nd of July.. Really pathetic I need my money back pls help.And the customer support number when ever I call from my registerd mobile number, it says that the requested page not found. I need my money pls help.

I swiped the credit card on June 4, 2022 but the receiver did not receive the money and the money was deducted from my account ... my money has not been returned till today. I regularly Follow up With Bharat Pay customer care but didn't get money, They said they would get the money by June 15, 2022 to June 20, 2022, and now they are not responding..

I am using Bharat Pay app.
Since 14/06/2022 it is not showing my balance.
I can not transfer my balance to my bank due to this.

I have got a call from [protected] stating some one named Rambabu has given my name as his wife along with my contact details and hence he asked me to pay his loan that he took from Bharat pay. I said i don't know who this person is and he started blaming me for giving the false statements. I said i will complaint against them as they have raised these false allegations. Upon investigating who has given my number to this team, I got to know that i reached out to a home decorator for my family function and he saved my details and this team has taken access to his contacts and started contacting everyone making these kind of stories to collect the amount of loan he has taken. I dont understand how these companies mention these terms and policies which is not public friendly and is creating lot of fuss in every induviduals life. I recommend to take severe action and stop these kind of actions being taken to recover the loans. Right to speak does not mean speaking illegal and harrsing versions

I already complaint against Bharat Pay loan account I paid my EDI 276 daily basis actually it deducted from my Bharat pay account automatically but one day for issue may be it's not deducted so when I saw then I would pay manually the ammount 552 rs it deducted from my account but not updated in loan account and almost it's going 11days today but no update from Bharat pay and I also complaint many time in help line number but the issue is not solved and everyday they call me and told me to many abusive language so what can I do now??
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I am surendra kumar singh i want to infrom you, i have taken a loan from bharat pay arount 1 lac and had paid to arround 45 thousand but due covid i am unable to pay the rest amount due my shop is closed now and till the date i am not working anywhere and my finicial conditon is very poor but after many call received agrred for settlement from bharat pay i had to pay bharat pay represnative 20000, dated 08/11/2022 from google pay of my friend account after borrow the money from him, but after 3 days i have not received any confirmation from their side and now their phone also switch off.i have tried many but i failed to connect with him. i feel i become vicitim of forgery of money. kindly help me to my money back which is very important for me

I had taken a loan of 85000 and I am paying them too but they get late but their recovery agent abuses mother and sister and talks about bringing the women of my house on the road. I have paid around 50000, even after that do dirty talk. That's why I am upset, if he still does not agree, then I will have to take some action. You guys listen to my complaint and decide for me....
