Purchased 200000 messages promo dnd from bhash sms from mr. Amit-mumbai for rupees 18000 to inform our students about class cancellation or batch information. From initial i am facing issues for msg delivery. The person concerned is not replying to our issues nor is he tring to resolve the problem

When asked about the refunnd he is ignoring and replying that your money will not be initiated

Please help us as 18k is big amount for me and due to the sms company i am facing business and reputation loss hugely..

Dear sir,

It is observed that my sms credits found deducted by 14752 suddenly. As per my uses my record is as follows. My sms credits was 48738 on my last use on 07/05/2018 but it is showing only 33986. Regarding bhash sms service i trusted & frequently given complaints. But no proper solution from bhash. Now it is a new problem. I feel, i lost my money...

Now you please look into the matter & ask them to reset my credit to 48738

I purchased 3 lac bulk sms frm bhashsms and i give to my customer having user id - vscpvt & scmove. And for that sms i transfer rs 21, 000 to bhashsms through online transfer.
Sir when my clients send bulk sms only 10% of sms will delivered after 3-4 hours.
For that reason i complained more than 100 times but yet they have not solve my problem and also they have not respond my call.

But my customers regularly complaining me that sms not delivered also i check the delivery report the same problem.
So therefore i request you to accept...

I Riya Sharma has purchased sms and voice call service from Bhash @ 7paise /sms and voice call @ 15 paise /voice call and happy using this service with instant delivery of voice calls and promo sms takes some time duration to deliver but its acceptable as its promo route ..I dint find any thing fraud with this company also hope not to bear any such frauds in future .

I also purchased sms @ 9000 3 lac but that too considerable 65 to 68% delivery i got for 4 sms blasts ..

Bhash sms is the worst sms provider in india.
They have bhashsms.com and bhashsms.In,
They are cheating lot, i wana kick bhash sms provider, cheating, sms not delever,

Some bastred is there in this company

I want to kick his mother and sister and wife,

He simple take money then...No service...
