Dear sir
I had transfer 10000 rupee from mobile no:- [protected]@upi through the bhim app but money is not send to a/c due to reason transation faield but amount 10000 is deduct of my a/c and not refund i am trying to call customer care but not receive call. Sir please refund my amount above the mension of a/c no. Sir its very urgent.

Hello sir,
I am bhauso daware from maharashtra.
I am transfor money to other account rs 1000.00, but transaction is complete but money is not send to account and my account is debited. Please check my account and refund my balance. I hope you are understud my problem.

On Feb 21, 2017 I have attempted a transaction of Rs.2000 through BHIM App. The amount Rs.2000 have been debited from my account (SBI Acc number: [protected]) but not credited to the beneficiary (KVB Acc Number: [protected], IFSC Code: KVBL0001159).I contacted SBI customer care and bank manager of SBI, bye pass road, Madurai.
There has been no response from bank side and I have not got any refund. I completely unpleased and irritated with your lack of response and service. Do refund my amount as soon.
