Bhim Upi App Complaints & Reviews

I had made a payment on 23rd November 2021 for about 24923/-rs.The amount got debited from bank account but the merchant has not received the money....

I paid 250 rs on 8th july 2020 to merchant through upi app. Until now that transaction is showing pending. 250 has got debited from my account. But has not got credited to beneficiary account. Pls help me. I've written several times to upi customer care but they r not helping

Hi sir,
I was sending 8000 rs to [protected]@ybl using bhim upi app on 23 jan 2019 but it failed and money was also deducted from my account then i again did my second attempt and successfully send the money.
So i kindly request you to give my money back of first (Failed) attempted transaction as soon as possible. I also have transaction id of failed transaction which is[protected]

My account has been debited with rs 507 but not credited in other account...i have after talked to customer care but said your amount will be refunded back within 2 days.. but waiting for 2 days still my amount has not been refunded...i have mentioned my complaint also in complaint box in bhim upi app but u didn't receive any rply.please help me in this matter so that I can get my amount back
