The street lights located backside of hotel arya palace unit 2 bhubaneswar are not glowing for last 2 months. Due to darkness there is theft and snatching taking place at night. The street running from plot noa 23, a 22, a 21 etc is a connecting importance lane to bbsr station. Hence lights to glow
Big trucks carrying fruits r also running in night in such narrow roads damaging the roads and damaging service line as well as street lights which needs stopping. At times such trucks r also creating law and order situation as they r parked in front of residences making it impossible to move out of house

We are the residents of sector 5, lane 2, niladri vihar, chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar. From last 5 days drain water suraj line is leaking and water is flowing all over the street. We have given phone complaints many times but time no response and we are facing the problems in the day to day activities with foul smell, poop all over the road. Kindly respond please and resolve the issue.

Mosquitoes breeding inside newly constructed conservancy drain behind house leading to illness and health problems. Conservancy lane and Drain needs to be cleaned from unwanted grwths and plants growing all around it so that anti larvae trearment can be done.
Anti larvae treatment is not possible by bmc staff as entry into conservancy lane is not possible due to plant growth and other filth lying every where.

I am resident of Sishubhawan Chowk, Dhobi Colony near Tarini Mandir. Ward No-53, Bhimpur Mouza sought for help due to drainage water logged in road way and entered into house.Due to this not able to go and bound to go by passing through drainage water which is pathetic and not even to office as rainy season is approaching and most of the drainage is connected at this area but no work on output hence water is not passing properly
Please help it becomes pathetic and untidy situation because of drainage water

I am a resident of plot no-261 /2707, neeladri nagar, jagmara, khandagiri, bhubaneswar since yr'2005. This area was developed during yr'2001 and most of the places lights were provided. However it is regret to mention here that street light is not provided at my place. This area is totally dark and inconvenience to approach in night. Requested to look in to the matter and arrange to provide a street light at the earliest.

I am a resident of jagannath math lane, oldtown, bhubaneswar-2. I am a consumer of ph rent water supply. But i am not getting water since 5 years. When i go to the water dept in our area, the je neither listen to our problem nor taking any complaint regarding this matter. Plz kindly solve my problem we have in a very big problem. I have lodged a complaint with bmc sampark toll free no.[protected] with my complaint no.[protected] on 09/03/2019 for the above subject. But the complaint has been resolved on 10/3/2019 without cleaning. How is it possible that without solution the complaint has been resolved? My house gate is blocked & foul smell is coming. Sir, i am a resident of dumduma housing board colony, phase 4, khandagiri bhubaneswar. I would like to bring to your concern that two dogs are staying here in the colony n even after our rapid trials are not going away. They are biting the residents of the colony. Last week it had bitten seriously to a bmc sweeper seriously in the morning. I would request the bmc to be concerned about it and please take the dogs away. They are near phase 4 children's park. Please do the need as soon as possible

I resident of meharpali, jharpada (Near the grave yard), plot no.- 30/1812. It is a serious concern to see my surrounding being polluted as the dustbins are not in a proper condition in order to hold the garbages, as a result of which the garbages are lying on the roads which is creating a pungent and unpleasant environment to live in. Especially with the arrival of rainfall, the issue has been crossed it's limit. Being a resident of this locality (Meharpali) i beg for an equipped dustbin to minimise the issue and keep my surrounding healthy.
Previously i was staying at unit-9, bbsr where i was really impressed from the conduct of bmc as it provides door to door service and takes care of cleanliness on a daily basis.
I hope you will understand my problem and take it as a serious concern.

I live at Jogeswar Patna, Kapilprasad, Ward No. 67, BBSR. A truck owner, named Mr. Amarnath Barik (Happy) always keeps his trucks and have them washed on the road. As a result, the road becomes dirty and muddy. His trucks take half of the road, creating problems for other light vehicles to pass by. He never listens to us. and threatens us with dire consequences. He says in in public that the BMC people are in his pocket. Being a senior citizen it grieves me much. Please take immediate steps and let us live peacefully.

There are 3 street dogs in our colony who have become a matter of tension and headaches for all people living here and also for our pet animals. These street dogs are bitting our pet dogs. Along with that even anyone is riding with two wheeler, then also they are barking and running after the vehicle which is very dangerous for the person who is driving. There is a chance the person driving the two wheeler might fell down. It has happened with me also

Dear sir
The drain running in front of the quarter no c-110 hig baramunda housing bord colony. Bhubaneswar has been covered with bushes, mud and sands. The water is getting blocked during the rain times. You must aware that the reany sesion has been approached, if the drain will not be cleaned the blockage water may affect to the house.

Hence i request you to lookinto the matter and help to cleen it before the rain

I am a resident of sisu vihar, patia, near shiva temple, bhubaneshwar. Recently the stray dog menace has increased manifold in the area. Last night (17.5.2018) a mad dog had bitten a boy. The dog died today. We believe that the dog was rabid and might have infected other dogs in the locality. The boy was taken to hospital last night for treatment and has been given injections today morning in the capital hospital. Residents are scared to move out freely in the locality. Please do the needful urgently.

Not being done around vicinity regularly. Pathetic garbage management by the organisation. Drains not covered that leads to flies hoovering around and spreading illness. Must do the needful on a regular basis in order to ensure a healthy lifestyle for the people in this locality. Matter would be escalated if no action is taken on the same on priority.

Dear sir/Madam, This complain is due to a problem was located by me near my house and the problem is that the drain near my house has been blocked due to a huge amount of waste and dust so I am requesting you to help us as soon as possible because when it's rains the rain water is not clear because of the waste so we need you to help us and solve the problem thank you.

We are all 70 house owners staying in royal heritage apartment at patrapada, near aiims hospital. Many time dustbin not cleaning in our premises users.
We have already purchase 2 nos of dustbin box and all garbage bag and other item throughing in this box. Dustbin fix at our apartment outside close to main road, but still not cleaning regularly.

So i request you to kindly check and do the work very needful.

We are the people staying at n k city, mancheswar village which is coming under northern bmc zone. We want to draw your kind attention that a betel shop newly placed at the corner of the road. Where there is a very narrow bridge connecting the main road. Due to the shop it is not visible to see the another road or vehicle, so frequently accidents are occurring for that. Slightly unbalancing at that point the vehicle may go inside the canal. Which is very dangerous for a four wheeler. At the evening time the shopkeeper is selling illegal liqueur, that why huge problem is happening there. For that reason that place is being crowed. So bike parking on the road is another headache. Recently bmc has placed a water tank in front the shop. But it is not helpful to common people it is only helpful to the shopkeeper and the drunker. A complain for this also given in your office formerly.
Kindly consider the matter seriously and please take action...

The person who collects money for car parking was rude and having very rash behavior. At the time of parking he was not available and we had to search for space and park on our own. While leaving, he suddenly came and asked for money. I asked him, where was he at the time of searching for space. I told him that i will not pay since he didn't do his duty. He rashly opened my car door and used abusive language. I gave him 20rs, since my family was with me and left that place. I m really scared of this kind of behavior. My perception of bhubaneswar being a calm and good place to live has changed with this experience. This guy really needs to be changed immediately.

This is to inform you that i live at plot no n1/278, irc village, nayapalli, bhubaneswar. The septic tank of my neighbor plot no n2/221 overflows to the front of my house regularly and stagnant in front my main gate for the last 1 and half months & creates foul smell and pollutes the healthy environment. Several times, i have requested mr. Rameshje to mend it suitably, but to of no avail.
Recently, i again called him and exhibited the sewerage water overflow, but he, instead, never bothered to rectify the leakage.

I personally request you to intervene and advise mr ramesh for a remedial measure at the earliest.

I am a resident of house no 17 aryapalli colony, kiit road, patia bhubaneshwar. I our colony we are facing the menace of street dogs. The dogs are creating inconvenience to the residents, they do not allow a peaceful sleep in the night and also incidents of dog bites have resulted in fear amongst the residents.
We have old parents to look after and lack of sleep in the night is causing extreme problems to them. I sincerely request the bmc to take immediate steps to address the problem faced by the residents.

It's a sincere request to make the concerned people learn about cleanliness of the area. As today's incident in the market building parking area made me really upset and literally feeling pity on the person who was fighting with me when i asked him not to throw the tickets down rather to throw the same in the dustbin and as i denied not to give my ticket to throw on the ground he started arguing.. And the funniest thing that with great attitude and proudly he was saying where should he throw the tickets or put on his head. I thought of giving him one dose but its better to complain you rather than fight with that ill mannered person who does not know how to behave. Thanks and please take some wise steps to make people think better and do better things to make our city clean.

The street light point at the house mig 137, udayagiri bihar, patrapada is not in order. Severe inconveniences cofronted as this is a sensitive place. The place being dark leads to venomous snakes entering the house. Besides side plot being vacant, carcasses of pet animals are being dumped there making it unbearable. @to add salt to the injury, the front drainage system of the house is almost nonfunctional as continuity of the drain has been stopped at the road intersection point leading to blockage of soiled water at front drain area of the house thus making human living vulnerable to contageous disease. A quick redressal is warranted

The septic tank of my neighbor sri mohanty of ga-381 overflows to the front of my house regularly for the last six months & creates foul smell and pollutes the healthy environment. Several times, i have requested mr. Mohanty to mend it suitably, but to of no avail.

Sir, I want to state that I am facing problem due to the road blocked near old budheswari post office lane near rashmi vihar apartment since from1.6 months.
When I went to the concerned people over there they told that we can't clear the road but it is better to drive your vehicle above the sand, which is impossible.so due to which I am late for office and work.

There is no street light near plot 380, 381 in sector5 niladri vihar though i have several times told to sri l shop i/c tax collection in this area. S once abundant bushes and planted trees are there, it becomes unsafe to walk by that area by children, seniors and others without carrying a torch due to presence of venomous insects and reptiles. Please help us... We are the common people of bhubaneswar. We live in 55 ashok nagar janpath bhubaneswar, odisha.in our city a large no. Of street dogs are roaming... They tend to attack every 2 wheels traveller in the morning in huge numbers.in the group of 8 to 10 they used to roam and bite everyone who comes in their way. We even cannot protest them as then they do severe damage by biting... Today morning they all leaped over my bike and i fell off... Luckily a group of people helped me to get rid of those dogs... I am badly injured... Everyone in our society are frightened from those dogs... Please help.!!! Recent local news say that more than 5 persons in our society are attacked by these dogs... Need to get rid of them... They even excrete in huge amounts everywhere.

Please send a dog catcher to catch them and help us!!! Please🙏🙏🙏

Very recently bmc had constructed new drains in few parts of nayapalli behera sahi (Ward no. 37), behera sahi road being one of those for drainage of water. During the rainy season every year, nayapalli behera sahi road is flooded and looks like a flowing stream for hours together. This happens mainly on account of release of excess muddy water accumulated in kasturaba school campus. Unfortunately, this excess water instead of going through the drain flows on the road making the road inundated. This creates lots of inconveniences to the residents.
Yesterday, because of excessive rain followed by release of water from kasturaba school compound, the road was completely submerged with water. Necessary steps may be taken to divert excess water of kasturaba school compound to the drain.

This complain refers to our earlier complain which has been lodged in bmc on dated 22.12.13. Regret to repeat once again that eventhough three years have been elapsed, no action seems to have been initiated so far for simple lighting when other people are enjoying. As you are not aware of both the road & light condition in this area, you can not expect the eratic situation such as theft & burglary going on in this area. Kindly, be practical & soughtout the situation in a eradicate manner immediately.

Our colony is located on the main road from Siripur to City women college and it was free from encroachment of footpath since last 10 years. But recently One shop keeper photo enclosed is illegally selling the fruits on that footpath. As it is an punishable crime to occupy the footpath so I request you to kindly take necessary steps for removing the shopkeeper from the mentioned footpath.The footpath is being used by girls student of City women college and our colony people You may be aware that in last 1 one year more than 12 accident occurred on the road. Students of City women college are using the footpath for their movement. As we are dreaming for a clean and smart City. You may take steps for clearing our footpath for safety of our people.
