I have booked flat in Forest Mist site in year 2014. All these sites like forest mist and misty trails are launched way back in 2012 and still work is not completed its is just 20% completed. I sold ornaments of my wife n mother for buying flat.We had couple of meetings with the builder and he is just saying i will do the work but when only god knows, now if I call on the number listed in the receipts, those numbers no longer in existence.After 6 months I tried to cancel my booking but no positive response from builder nothing about returning money.I am one of the victim in the project & have paid 50% of the amount but don't even have an agreement done from the builder, Whenever I ask for the same I only get a false commitment, "pudcha week madhe karu". I am paying rent and EMI both.No relief in tax.

In November 2013, I visited Pune looking for a 3BHK flat and booked the Spectrum Towers Property in Kharadi. Obviously it turned to be a big mistake. Everytime I used to ask them about the status, they used to mention about some Joint Venture not working and they looking for some other partner. Finally the person with Bhujbal brothers suggested me to cancel it and I readily accepted it. They sent me a legal paper about the cancellation which I signed and gave it back to them. This was in February 2015. I started chasing them for the money but they started avoiding my calls and my frustration started increasing.

Then after few months they offered me to invest in one of their other constructions instead of the refund. I visited their office in Karve Nagar last year in June and after lot of thought and consideration I thought of going ahead with a 1BHK flat with their Misty Trail project (little did I know that it will be getting from bad to worse). Since then neither they have done the agreement nor they have refunded the money.

I am really not sure what to do? My original booking was for a property which never even started. And now Misty Trail is in lot of issues itself and I am not interested in it anymore. I call them on a daily basis but they don't even pick up the phone which is just pathetic.

Please suggest what are my options.

Very pathetic builder. Even after 7 years, the project is not completed. Illegal construction of 18 floors is done. No amenities provided even after 1.5 years after possession. No occupancy certificate, many NOC's pending, no conveyance deed. Consumers are facing many problems because of not completion of project. Not only Vatika, he has created problem for his projects like Valay, Mystic trails, Forest Mist - Handewadi/Hadapsar, Shirval project. Dont book any flat under Bhujbal Brothers construction company.
Many cases are launch agains builder. Akhil Bhartiya Grahak Panchany is asking for CBI enquirey now because of fraud made by this organization.
Builder is not still serious about completion of the project.

Never purchase any flats from the builder Bhujbal brothers ...they are advertising that they have completed 25 years in real estate market and an Iso 2000 certified organisation ..but the quality of construction is bad, dealing with customer is very bad and never give timely possession of Flats so be careful before purchasing any flats from this builder.
