I purchased virtual space in 2020 and surrendered in 2024 due to their false commitments, services. And till 7 months, I haven't received refund.

I have purchased my preleased shop in world square mall in 2017 where I was assured to get annual returns at Rs 8750 per month for 9 years and after every 9 years will get appreciation of 12 per.
Bhutani or Ahuja and Anand buildwell did not paid our Annual rentals on time nor he paid for several years and now he is not paying at all.
This is injustice being done to us and all staff is uncooperative and behave like goons and...

I am still waiting for my refund of 50000 Inr which I paid to book my unit. I have cancelled the unit but still didn't get my refund after more than 5 months.

Waiting for the refund since 2 years.

Mr Ayush SVP ( Bhutani Group ) and Abhishek ( VP Bhutani Group ) both have visited our place for this Alphathum project. We were interested to invest in one office but they both have convinced us to divide our payment into two and book two spaces. They were the only one to promise that at the time of possession if by any chance we are not able to make payment for two offices, we will directly merge your payment into one office without facing...

I am getting call from Bhutani group every day these are automated calls or Robo calls and I’m just harassed by them so please take my complaint and make this call stop

I have invested in project of butani group (Cyberthum), noida.

1. Against this investment, i got only 11 advanced return cheques of rs 2042 each but actually they have committed to give advance 36 cheques or till possession as they sent confirmation via email to me.
