We had placed an order with Rangriti.com on 5th March. On non reciept of order, we requested a refund. On 10th March 2021 we were assured that we would get our refund within 7 working days. It is 21 DAYS NOW, NEITHER HAVE WE RECIEVED OUR REFUND, NOR THE PRODUCT AND THE NOBODY RESPONDS TO THE EMAILS ON THEIR EMAIL ID.THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER GOES UNANSWERED . COMING FROM A SO CALLED CLASSY BRAND, THEIR ATTITUDE IS SLOPPY, CASUAL AND CALLOUS. NEVER EXPECTED SUCH A HORRID RESPONSE FROM BIBA/SHOPPERS STOP PLEASE NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RANGRITI .THEY ARE HERE TO CHEAT YOU !!!

I had returnta product order id 8853291 we got rev msg for return pickup but payment is not rev. But again we have rev msg for arrange return pick up i had informed they take complain but again we have rev msg so i called but they r very rudely reply i feel mentily harrashment. Very worst experience i had ever. I am reguĺar customer of biba from store but fïrst time i purchased online.. Feeling very bad.

I ordered for a rangriti kurta online from rangriti.com, just after one wash the dress shrunk to half its size, when i complained about it they came back saying the return period is over and they cannot take it back.

I would like to complain about the quality of clothing there and would lke to request for a refund....

Buy biba dress from out let of biba store inorbit mall malad west mumbai dated 18 / 7 / 2015 next day v saw salwar fabric is shown damage v go to outlat they complain to company after 20 days they its not company falt and they not exchange. Please do legal action to company.

i had left biba 2nd of may 2011 but i havent got my april month salary till now.and i had also sended the mail to concern person her name is miss gagan singh but no processing is going on.
kindly let me what i will do and i really need my money now.
