Hi, today i just went to buy an oppo phone for my mom and went to bigc shop mehdipatnam pillar no5 upon asking for a receipt on payment they said we cant provide you the receipt if you dont buy any accessories or an insurance policy, when is spoke to the manager : name is prashant he said this is the policy and when i asked him to show me the company policy he refused so please take strict action against them and could you please respond me on my email .

July 7 i went to big c shop trichy chathiram bustand to investigate about poco f1 phone rates.
They told me about that and said i would be getting a compliment speaker (I picked this based on the list they gave)

July 8 i bought, they promised to deliver speaker after 2 days. I called, they told it will come after 3 days, i called after 3 days, they said after 1 week, now after two weeks wen i called, still no proper reply.

Please don't give fake promise. Its very bad to do that. This is cheating.

Every time i have to call and ask they wont call or message me to give any update.

On 10th march 2019 we went to big c shop near langer house for purchasing a mobile. When we enquire about another model or same brand of another, the staff forced us to purchase this nokia set, they keep on telling that this is a good set and will never gets heated quickly. So we brought the set. But next day we realise that it is a worst item as it is getting heated quickly and worst battery power. So we went to the shop on 11th march, but they are not accepting our request. They know very well that it was a damaged item they told us to go to service centre. Previous day only we purchase the mobile. The very next day they are saying us to go to service centre. Why they are selling the damaged items. They are cheating customers by making them purchase damaged goods. Fourth time today (23/03/19) we went there and again requested them some favour. But they are adamont and they dont cooperate with us. We understood very well that they are purposefully cheating. Two hours we spent there but no use, they are wasting our time and again saying, that it is not our duty and ask us to go to service centre. While exiting time we just look back, we saw they were laughing at us. If you are not believing, please see the cctv footage around 6 pm

I purchased nokia 230 from big c stores but i am facing network issue in the phone. Earlier i was facing below issue for which i raised a compliant with job sheet js/knl/10 but still i am facing network issue.
1. Mic problem - solved
2. Network problem - still persists
3. Torch not working - solved
4. Front flash - solved.

Issue - phone fails to receive signals inside my home where as if we place same sim in other phones, i am getting signals. Hence, i strongly feel that it is an issue with phone.

Please fix this issue on priority.

i bought a Samsung (Galaxy J7 Prime) mobile in Big C, Opp: P & T Quarters, M.G. Road, Vijayawada on[protected].
That was offered in 5 % Cash Back Scheme. Bill Invoice no: SI / VJ3 / 29289 dated[protected].

Till now, that amount was not credited to my account (SBI). i have also tried to contact for customer care no: [protected], that no is always switched off. i was also contact the show room persons. they will not give proper response. it is very too bad.

i was also inform this matter to consumer complaints forum. please solve this problem as early as possible.

I am purchase a new mobile NOKIA 130 in Big C show room at Kothagudem, Bhadradri Dist, Telangana State. They telling to me mobile is replacement guaranteed when i brought the mobile. It's not charging from the next day of when i brought the mobile. I checked the mobile with another charger, but it's still not charging. After two days I went to the show room and I explained my problem to show room manager. Then he replied to me warranty is not in our hands. Please you go to NOKIA service center at hyderabad and he doing funny conversation about me and mobile with his friends in front of me. Hyderabad service center is nearly 300 KM s to my town. Please help me to solve my problem.

Servicing taking long time

My brother brought the samsung s4 mini in BIG C mobile store (Kukatpally), and that time he said we provide the extrenal warenty, last month[protected] i given the mobile for servicing(hanging problem and battery drain problem). So many time i ask store persons they replied, please wait some time and your mobile not getting repair we have some time. i irritated the store persons and they take time nearly 27 days, still my mobile not repair.

I went to Big C showroom near JnTu kukatplly branch this January 2016

They took the cash from me 30k rupees and then signals a boy to get the phone from another branch of theirs manjeera mall kp
After 20 mins of wait the guy who convinced me to buy the phone with complimentary accessories opensthe box in a hurry and tries to sell me a phone for which the seal was already broken
The phone instead of asking the language for set up asks for a pin

Because i knew about phone I was able to identify it was a used one
How about people who with lot of hopes comes to these stores for buying a new phone

After i explained how i am not going to become a fool standing there they again try to convince me that they ll bring another piece and without giving me a prior notice they go on to bring a freah piece from ameerpet bramch

How come they decide that i have no appointments and can waste my time as much as they want

I bought a Samsung S4 Mini mobile worth 14, 000/-. After 6months due to some accident the display got broken and I claimed the insurance for that. Procedure : I need to go to samsung store pay them for the estimation. step 2: I I need to courier Big C bill, Aadhar card, pan card, estimation etc. to hydeabad (Involves courier charges). Finally after a month or so, I got an SMS stating that for the estimation of 7000, I get an insurance amount of 5800. After showing this to the BIG C store you will be wondered what they say. " Please submit your mobile and as you get an insurance of 5800/- you can redeem it with the new purchase" Am I stupid to submit my 14000 phone for 5800 in 6 months??? My phone has a warranty of 6 months more... Worst care...!! They want to earn profits even with the insurance claims. Worst people. Worst culture.

This is to bring to your notice that i have purchased some elctronic items - data card, flip card, scratch card from Big C of Tirupati in Balaji Colony, which totalled to Rs 1600/- When asked for bill, i was told it will be reached as sms but till today the same is not received. Moreover the charges are more than 40 % in this shop compared to other shops.
Iam writing so that others will not suffer like me.

i have purchased celkon a225 mobile in big c about a 40 days ago in bigc dabagardens showroom vizag. while purchasing they said they will insure it against any physical theft damages and my digitizer got cracked and i went to the show room and asked about insurance they said we will say 1000 words to sell and who are you to believe all the words and they said you cant do anything we are a mnc u cant do any thing i[censored] want file a case i contacted the online big c person also he is also supporting his person and talking please take action against them

I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET FROM BIG C CHANDANAGAR BRANCH ON 12.11.12 VIDE INVOICE NO S1/CNR/20948 DT 12/11/12 RS 6449, THEY USED MY AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD AND TOLD I CAN GO FOR 6 MONTHS EMI WITHOUT ANY INTEREST AND ZERO PROCESSING FEE. BUT RECENTLY WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH PROCESSING FEE OF rs 292 AND SERVICE TAX ON PROCESSING FEE rs 12 WHICH COMES TO A TUNE OF rs 322.00. I HAD TELEPHONIC TALK WITH BRANCH MANAGER MR.RAMESH HE TOLD ME TO COLLECT THE AMOUNT BUT ON MY VISIT HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND NO PERSON BRANCH PERSON INCLUDING CASHIER IS AWARE OF THIS SUBJECT, I HAVE GIVEN ALL THE DETAILS OF MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT TO THE BRANCH PEOPLE AND VISITED TWICE TO BRANCH , BUT I COULD NOT ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND BRANCH MANAGER WAS ALWAYS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SHOWROOM.I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALONG WITH MY TRAVELLING CHARGES WHICH TUNES UPTO RS.800. I have bought a Samsung SGH-F400 mobile phone from BIG C, after the warranty expired i was facing problems with the display and took it to Samsung service center at Masab tank, they said that Samsung did not release that model in India at all and they will not support it, when taken back to BIG C, they were charging 800 to change the connector cable with no warranty where as others mobile service centers were charging only 400 with 1 month warranty for the same.

is it legal to sell such models which are not officially released by the original manufacturer,. what legal action can be taken against them if it is true that they sold me a smuggled phone, do they pay taxes for such goods even though they charge us service tax and VAT ?

This is Regarding a mobile Phone set which i bought it from a BIG C
store.

Company has a website they have mentioned the Price list of the mobiles
they are selling

Price on Website :1428 (i haved attached a screen shot for this webpage)

shipping cost as in case of online shopping :200 (i haved attached a
screen shot for this webpage)

Vat+credit card charges:85.68 (i haved attached a screen shot for this
webpage)

Total cost:1428 +200 +85.68=1713.68


The Question is


I bought this mobile from a BIG C store madhapur branch.

They charged me RS:1900 for this Mobile (i haved attached a screen shot
for this).

when i talk to manager of the store they told me to talk to customer
care of BIG C

BUT customer care people are telling that that it should cost me 1500
and the Retailer Owner is not Responding in this.
More than that the Retailer is telling Extra Money is for Shipping Cost
but shipping cost only applies when the product is delivered at my door
step. but in my case i brought it from Retail store of Big C they didnt
come at my Doorstep to deliver.So where is the Shipping Cost Required
.also in the Bill it should Show the Shipping Cost
According to the Retailer if it exist.But Bill Contains only Mobile Cost
and Vat(4%).
i am fed up with the attitude the BIG C company is Showing.

BIG C mobiles is showing the prices in the net and in the advertisement as very low

when we go to the shop for purchasing to any of the branch of BIG C they simply says the prices shown in the website are not correct and the shops are not responsible for those prices.

this is one type of cheating consumers for attracting to their shops

We have purchased a mobile phone along with Vodafone prepaid connection in BIG C showroom, Near Benz circle, Vijayawada. We have submitted necessary documents for the connection. When we recharged the amount for the sim card, we found that only out-going calls are active and incoming is not activated. When we called Vodafone care, they said that the sim card has been activated a couple of days before. So, finally we came to know that the sim card which is already been activated, has been sold to us and the customers.
The Big C showroom people are activating the sim cards may be out of target pressures from the telecom network sales guys and selling to the customers after activations. this causes loss to the customers, as the recharge date comes before the actual date.
