On 27/5/17 i bought a mobile from big c in gudivada branch. The cost of mobile is 17000. I paid through my card. During 1st transaction they said your card was declined so they did second transaction and paid the amount. After few seconds i got message from my back that the same amount was debited twice. I asked the store manager about this issue they said they will refund within 2 days. But it has been 5 days and they didnt refund and even they are not responding to calls and when i visit the store they are saying manager is not present and return when he is back. I went nearly 10 times to store and more than 50 times i called from my number and non of them is responding. They are not interested to return my money

I was loos my mobile that on 03.05.2017 while i was travelling in bus from koti to road no.6 when i was get down at road no.6 bu stop at that time i noticed that some unknown persons stolen my cell phone samsung galaxyJ2 and IMEI.[protected]. I was searched here and there but could not found and i request to take action.my mobile no.[protected].

I purchase Samsung mobile at big c big c provide Insurance also new india insurance last three months back my mobile was damage i inform that big c big c provide claim some amout big service ple put it mobile service ofter service CLaim no#[protected], the above claim is approved AND sent the relevant repaired bill and bank documents to the insurance company, 3 months have been over still we did not get any payment from the insurance company and totally blame service and call not lifting big c management and very very bad service and mobile no [protected]

I have placed an order for mobile through online in Bigcmobiles.in, on march 22, 2017. Till now, the order is not delivered.

When calling the customer support, executive is telling that mobile will be delivered today or tomorrow. I have been facing this for the past 3 days. I have already paid the total amount for the product.

Till now, they are not able to deliver the product. And not even able to tell, when the product will be delivered.

Hi team, I lost, that is theft my mobile Samsung j2, on 1st Jan 17, for the same all the necessary documents submitted in your office on 16th Jan 17, as on date its showing claim showing ; claim send to insurance, claim no. [protected].
Its an long pending, almost 2 months. Request to do the needful on priority.

First I saw in necessary website that is bigc.universal.in it was showing same send to insurance company, it was in the month of Feb 17, again on 10th Mar, it showing same send to insurance company.

Iam K.MUTCHI BABU .I bought Samsung J7 in bigc mobiles near
Khirathabad.
It was damaged when i met with an accident.I claimed damage insurance in
Universal insurance company near Abids few months back. . After 30 days of my
correspondence an amount of 5600/- rupees sansned. claim number: [protected] . I received a call from
Big c customer care on 26.01.2017 for confirming my account detailes and
big c customer care executive said" Amount will credit in your account in
10 working days".
But till today i didnt receive any amount from you.but i received irresponsible reply from your custmercare executives

I have purchased a j5 mobile at big c gajuwaka store in visakhapatam. They did't give the bill for cell accessories. I ask for the bill n they said to me we did't give any bill to cell accessories. I think something is going wrong please enquire it. They charged rs/_1200 for flip cover n screenguard. Same i purchased at 500 in cellone shop n they gave d bill

i purchase a mobile from big c, lal-banglow, ameerpet, hyderabad with in a two days i face a problem of signal catching and i went to the store explained the problem and rectified but another problem is memory card slot card is not properly fixing in the slot and request to store staff and replay it is bad handle while putting memory card, and i question may be manufactured defect he replay u have to go for service centre is this fare that with in two days customer should visit service centre. what is bigc can't do any kind of consideration for small things simply saying that go service centre. we are not happy of big c and in this regard pl do something.

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy note3 Block @ BIG C mobiles banjarahills, Hyderabad through brand EMI options. At that the merchant told to me after 90 days your interest amount will be credit in your account. but till now I have not received from your end. Kindly check and process the same ASAP. In the month of July 2014 I purchased Lava mobile from BigC, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh but it was not working so I gave it back and again purchased Micro Max A94 mobile from same shop for Rs.8150.00. It is also not working. Now I am in NIT, Rourkela, Orrissa, mobile is essential here.Please help.

On 12th of Oct I bought a mobile(samsung Wave-2) from Big C Mobile store . The store manager assusred me that no processing fee from the bank(HDFC) will be leveraged in I went for 6 months EMI. I repeatedly enquired about the processing fee, but clearly all the times he said that there will be no processing fee charged. So I went for the deal. Later to my dismay i found that a processing fee of Rs 661.80 has been charged for the transaction.

my name is pradeep k nair i have purchased one mobile hand set from BIG C Mobiles at 21st of this may from their new shop opened at M G Road near to the UNINOR showroom, labbipet.My mobile is getting switched off at time o[censored]sing as per the instruction i had already put the mobile for battery charging for 8 hours .The complaint started from the day of purchasing and they are not giving any correct solution to me and i went their showroom for nearly five times ,means daily visiting their showroom for the same thing and they were saying that it will be corrected by servicing .I lost my money ,time and also got BIG tension .Please give me a better solution

NB; PLEASE ASK THE BIG C COMPANY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY ITEM THAT THE MAITANANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS POSSIBLE OR NOT

Sir,

Big C boasts of a huge consumer base and Consumer satisfaction. However, It is sad that inspite of sending an SMS after taking the Mobile no as the manager was not available, sending an E mail to the customercare as given in the net, there has absolutely been no response.

So Big C mobile Customers can think again before making any purchases as you cannot expect any after sales service at all especially the Big C Daba garden Branch in Visakhapatnam
