I bought a dress from this company and ordered it and paid cash and the item has not arrived for months

Ordered clothes on bigfashionsales.com and prepaid for them. Got a mail from care.[protected]@gmail.com and it says the order will be delivered within a week. Its been a month but I didn't receive any

Order placed on[protected] for the amount of 1, 214.28 rs but itmes not yet deliverd.It look like fake company and many innocent people are getting in this. Pls help all the victim's to get the amount back asap and take strict action against this company.

I have ordered of 11/01/2022.
I have paid 493.43 & my order id #36616
And but still didn't get any reply.
please do the needful for refund.

I have ordered total 10 products amounting to Rs. 3503.42 from the website bigfashionsales.com, and items are not yet delivered it’s almost 72 hours and there is no status update for the items and their shipment details nor the tracking id. Please help me to get my money refunded from them if possible from your side.

Fraud company, showing attractive product in cheapest price and making full to people's.

And I have ordered 08/01/2022 but still didn't get any reply please refund my money

Fake website

I have purchased one product( Pinkstripe Full Sleeves Pink Coat With Shirt And Pant Set - 4-5 Year) from www.bigfashionsales.com on 28th Dec 2021 but didn't get the product till now. I have made payment for INR 387.04 for this product online.

I was getting mail from [protected]@gmail.com for order confirmation & expected delivery was within 5-7 days but didn't get the product as per given time frame.

Please take restrict action on such fraud website & close this type of fraud website who was taking money for customer.

We have placed an order on[protected], we paid extra charges for 24 hours delivery, it's been 3 days[protected] not delivered yet.

I have ordered 2 pairs of kids wear from the above site on 28/12/2021 with the order id #274677 and a amount of rs586/- have been deducted from my account through cashfree payments, i got a confirmation mail that my order is being processed and will be delivered with in 3-4 days but i did not receive any product till now, the contact number and the adress mentioned in the site is not working, looks like i have ordered from a fake site, when i googled about the same i have read so many complaints about the same, please take action against such fake websites

I ordered kids wear of 5 sets today of baby boy between 12-18 months . After the order I did not recieve notification of the order but the money have been cut from my account. If I won't recieve the order in 2-3days .refund my money kindly or else I'll raise a big issue ticket to company

Please solve my problem I have told u earlier

I am complaining about bigfashionsales.com. please find the attachment herewith for your concern.

it's a big fraud company. I purchased kids clothes from bigfashionsales.com for my daughter's birthday. I paid online through my credit card of ₹1444.32 . But received no response. Customer care number is wrong. Address is wrong. Neither any phone call nor any message received yet.
