In the sales call all false claims were made - 1) the card is accepted in all shops / establishments where any "Visa" card is accepted. 2) they have tie ups with 3 / 4 star hotels in Mumbai.

Both these were false statements made to cheat me into subscribing to the card. Don't believe the sales representatives. Before getting into anything ensure you have every conversation confirmed in mail in writing from them....
