I too got a call.. But I was being smart enough to understand very first minute.
Call was made by some girl named Deepali, and then it was transferred to her senior Rishi/Raman.
They completely denied when asked to drop an email about the package.
Identity can obviously change with different callers.
Please be aware and spread the word.

Its rocking package I really fell wonderful by awailing this package...

3)combo package un expected
4)holiday travelled goa n it was memorable trip for me...in very small cost

This is really looting people publicly by providing the offer and escaping from customer. I tried calling them and now they have switched off both the mobile numbers given to me.

I got a call from Mahi Arora and she has told me that i can return back the offer if the committed is not delivered but now the number is switched off...
If anyone finds a way to track and return the offer with refund, please post the same for others to be useful.

I am able to reach the numbers and they are working now.
I too got the call, first i also thought it is a fraud call but they ensured me very calmly. when i received the same things in the kit i feel that it worth the money however there was one communication gap bt it also doesnt matter when u r getting a wonderful package in a very small amount.. coz they are also giving the cashback. they providing the holidays and card. discount is valid on bigbazzar shopper's stop, and makemytrip n yatra also which is a plus point for a traveller. whoever didnt purchased this package. doesnt also have the right to say anything wrong. they also offered me An gift when i came back from the holiday.
I also got the same call but my experience is quite different... I really got something worthy... Looking forward for future experiences

I purchased membership of big shopping bazaar through pay u money wallet. They sent me holiday voucher of click n go company.I sent them email with three destination along with the check in date. They confirmed one. I sent dd and prescribed form. They are now telling that they have confirmed destination but check in date is the one which I opted for other destinations. I asked Mr Dhruv to resolve the issue. He assured me. But now he is escaping even not coming on help line number. Please beware of the company's fraud. They even not give their postal address.
My query has been resolved and I have received the products as were promised to me. Also, the helpline number does work. So if any of you have any query, you can try calling and getting it resolved. These people are very helpful.!
Bigshoppingbaazar is surely a big fraud company who sells the product through false commitments!!!
Initially the telecaller calls and says about the hotel offers and gift and also says that you will get minimum 15% discount on all the online shopping like Flipkart, Amezon and Snapdeal and also mentioned that the discount card is valid in departmental stores, but I was shocked to see that the discount that can be availed through coupons are as low as 3%. When I told to cancel the package they are telling cancellation is not possible in this case.
I told them to share the telecalling recording so that we reconfirm that this is what was told to me initially, now they are telling we don't have permission to share the recording( I don't understand when they can share the address confirmation recording then why its not possible to share the initial offer call). They are neither clarifying the reason for not cancelling and refunding back nor they are agreeing that they have sold the product by giving false offers.
Even after following up for 1 month and exchange of 30 emails still the issue is neither clarified not resolved.
