I made payment of 107 rupees for bsnl mobile by bsnl application but the payment made by google pay upi. But it is not done rupees 107 cut in my account but recharge is not done by billdeskgovt .This is a fraud...

I did payment for afcat 1 2021 exam form fee and it also deducted from my account but in the form payment status not updated.
now at this time form wasn't filled and because of the payment issue didn't receive admit card for the exam.
so please refund my payment that i payed you....

I have paid the afcat fee through paytm upi id on 2 jan 2021 arond 4:30 pm .The money is deducted from my account but the payment is not reflected in the afcat offical payment. So i kindly request to you refund the money.
