Consumer no.00843 was booked on 10 th of may and had received the bill generation message on 11 th. They cam on that day without the POS machine and we could not take it. They said they would bring it the next day and has not come till date. When we called up thy said they will send it any cost today but even today i did not get it except for a message that it has been cancelled without any reason and asking to rebook. This is being a regular habit of the people who do the delivery of the gas refill cylinders. Tip is supposed to be given by the customer only when the customer feels so. Not to be demanded by the person. And that too, in a very disrespectful way. And this is not a new issue and I don't see you people taking any action against it. Why ?...
