i dr biswabhusan pradhan not given order to your company but in 26.10 2014 time 12;31;57 pm rs 595 credited BIOTRIM LABS.COM, now i say to you which basis you are using credit card, you solve in one days neither file a case agnaist your company acording cyber law of india ....

I have ordered a product Garcinia Cambogia from Biotrim labs online on the 28th Sep and received a mail confirmation from [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. Since then i have been following up for my package worth 6500 INR but the company fails to share any local courier or dispatch details with me. The same was promised to be delivered within 10-14 days.
It is already 25 days since ordering but the company only keeps replying with standard statements...

False deduction

I am shocked to see that despite making a payment of 5bottels each of Pure Life Cleanse and Pure Combogia Ultra for Rs.20500/-+ in August 2014, I received the products in 15days...the effect was a big zero... no weight loss...just making a fool to health conscious people. Now after over a month again Rs.595/- was deducted from my debit card without my knowledge. This is rediculous. I want to return the products but getting no address or contact...

I ordered some products online from Bio trim labs and I think I inadvertenly signed up for the premier membership thinking it a one time payment. However it turns out that they are now charging my account every month.
I have written to them several times and they do not respond.
I will have the bank stop these payments, but this is very unprofessional....
