Online fraud with customers

I have made a order of Pure Cambogia Ultra on 7th November, 2014. withoutany confirmation charges has been deducted from my account.

I too had ordered it on 10thMay 2015 ...I have paid the amount for two bottles each worth 10321INR (total amount 20642INR)
I was promised that the product would be delivered within 10to12 days..Till now have not received any information regarding the product dispatch ...

This seems to be a Big Scam ..

I have ordered a product Garcinia Cambogia from Biotrim labs online on the 11th May 2015 and received a mail confirmation from [protected]@biotrimlabs.com. Since then i have been following up for my package worth 3500 INR but the company fails to share any local courier or dispatch details with me. The same was promised to be delivered within 10-14 days. It is already 28days since ordering but the company only keeps replying with standard statements of apology and does not answer any of my queries on when the package will reach me or what are the courier details. It looks like one of the online scams and does not have any local contact or support number for their customer care. Even i have been cheated I ordered for one product, but they have booked two orders totallay INR 10321 + INR 10321 = INR 20642 has been charged, that too through credit card payment. I got the products, but i am trying to return it to get the payment back.

I ordered Garcinia cambogia on[protected] costing INR1700 & i made payment through my debit card, But rather then gettin a deduction of the same amount mentioned on website, My account was deducted with transaction of INR10, 231. I was really pissed off at this scam because the company cheated me with the payment & when i called them, the number is always busy. I emailed them for cancelling the order as i felt cheated, But they replied that they have already shipped the order... Huh that was funny indeed, , they shipped my order within an hour.
Anyways i have filed a complaint against them ... Kindly help ..What else i can do to get my money back

It is totally fraud. They are just fake taking your money but dont deliver the product.

I ordered for one bottle of Testo Ultra for INR 1450.00 on 29th May, 2017 and provided my Debit Card details. The Biotrim Labs knocked off INR.10005.00. I immediately sent E-mail and requested them to modify my order for one bottle @ Rs.1450.00. There is no response from them. It appears it is a fit case of online Fraud cheating people like this way. I also ordered Testo Ultra Tablets on 2nd september 2017 by net banking worth rs.10005/-.And received mail
about payment received & order confirmation (14 - 21 days delivery time).But after one month i mail them about delivery but every time same reply in mail.Then i go to google & search their web site.On their web site live chat option is there so i chat with mr.jewel one of the company representative.After so many days mailing & live chat & telling them to complaint to cyber crime police finally i refund my money 10005/-rs.to my account by net banking from them after two months & twenty two days (82 days).After strongly struggeling with them & follow up continuosly i got my full money to my account now i am relax.You all also mail & live chat on their web site with them you all also got your money.All the best guys.
