Dear Sir,

We purchased a Blackberry 8830 mobile on 10th jan 2011 through naaptol. Our order no. is 3079866.On delivery we saw -
1. The GSM does not work .It was advertised that it is a dual GSM/ CDMA phone.
2. Blackberry services do not work on the phone even on
3. I have raised many complain via phone and e mail but company not provide any resolution....

defective product

i have ordered blackberry mobile no:-8830, my order no is 1249563, from naaptol, but product is totally looking replaced from original one, and also damaged, when i contacted naaptol customer service no:-[protected], they told me that they will not refund, it is totally fraud...
